Master Bedroom: 1 Queen bed
Living Room: This living space, spaciously open to the dining area and kitchen, simply provides comfortable arrangements to enjoy your downtime around a flat screen television. It connects to the lanai with large sliding doors, providing a breezeway through the room.
Kitchen: This kitchen comes fully-equipped with appliances and amenities, and it provides plenty of storage space and potential to make any meal for your perfect stay on island. Its connectivity to the living room and dining area create a comfortable and inclusive environment.
Bedroom: The bedroom features a comfortable Queen size mattress, which lies beneath a vented window and ceiling fan to keep cool during your stay. With a full dresser, ample closet space, and extra closet space in the adjacent hallway, you will have plenty of space for storing personal items and clothing.
Lanai:Sit outside to enjoy the garden views, as you cool off in the tropical breezes well-known to Maui. This ground level lanai provides easy access to and from hotel facilities such as the freshwater pool and shuffleboard area.

I've stayed at this facility numerous times over the last 20+ years. You can walk to the beach every night to watch the sunset. You can snorkel at both ends of the beach directly across the street and see all types of sea life especially turtles as well from this location. There are restaurants nearby within walking distance, a general store and numerous shops as well.
Wailea is 5 minutes south and there are numerous places to snorkel, golf, restaurants and the shops at Wailea also.
The unit has snorkel gear for three, but I bring my own. They have beach chairs (somewhat worn, but they work) There is an umbrella, but it is small. Rent one if you need shade & that's more durable.
I did have some issues with water leakage from one of the upstairs units during my stay but AA Oceanfront Rentals and Sales - Maui Office who manages this unit was on it and did everything they could and then some to make my stay better than it could have been. So expect cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom (sink cabinet) to be replaced, as well as the units above most likely. As will the wall in the bathroom and kitchen that are the common wall between both. As the water leakage is from the cast iron pipes from the 3rd floor unit, as the 2nd floor unit's pipes were replaced. Other than the water leakage issue which was not major for me, but will be for the HOA of Kihei Kai Nani - $$$. My stay was excellent & AA Oceanfront Rentals and Sales - Maui Office was fantastic to deal with throughout.

Noisy local, dirty broke down sofa, bathroom light full of dead bugs, ceiling fans and top of refrigerator need a good cleaning, not enough garbage bags or toilet paper. On the positive it has a great garden view with a lovely breeze that did not require any air conditioning.

Location of this property is ideal, lovely large grassy area off the patio…. however…… deep clean sorely needed.,shower curtain stained/soiled and should be replaced with washable cloth one between each visit. Wood towel bar is old & stained and should be replaced with a metal one so it can be properly disinfected between guests… it would be an amazing unit with a cost of paint and some upgrade/ changes. Although there are several beach chairs , most are in disrepair, no beach umbrella which we had to rent.. property managers were excellent and prompt, check in a breeze. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper,Mr rooster is an early riser😜

Excellent support from the property manager. Great location for access to beaches. Super easy arrival. Very clean. Was exactly as described. The only issue we had and it could have just been us was that it was a little challenging to get the space dark at night for sleeping and there was a rooster right next door that woke up super early. Part of island life but a little rough. Also, our two kids slept on the sleeper sofa the first two nights and it was pretty uncomfortable. That said the property manager brought us a brand new inflatable mattress that worked great for the rest of our stay. Furthermore they went out of their way to bring it to us on a Sunday when their office was closed. Overall a great stay.

Get extra pillow and blanket, the little details are kinda annoying like slider door doesn’t close all the way, ants in kitchen, broken ice trays… just the small things you use everyday needs replacing badly. Other then that was pretty good

Good location but needs a good cleaning top to bottom. Unit needs a facelift, furnishings outdated and most other places we stayed had good beach chairs and umbrellas. We had to rent ours. Remote for ceiling fan doesn't work and fuzzies all over the ceilings and tops of drapes. Would not stay here again
