If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. This condo is exactly as pictured! Such a beautiful condo! We absolutely loved our time at this property and did not want to leave! It has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation, minus snorkels, which we picked up at Walmart. Beach chairs, towels, pool noodles (and the good thick ones from Costco!)
This condo is a beautiful walk out right behind the pool area. The grounds of the complex were stunning! And it’s a 2 min walk across the street from the beach. Perfect area of south Kihei- walking distance to shops, restaurants, and close to kalama village shopping area. We highly recommend Ulua beach- we saw whales from shore, tons of sea turtles all 3 times we went, and it has a great snorkeling reef off shore. Overall, we hated to leave. I’d only want to stay at this condo complex when we come back again- it’s gorgeous and the pool area is so large and accommodating for lots of people. Nothing but great things to say about it!

This unit is a really good location. Right next to the pool and I love the ground floor patio. I’ve stayed in other units at this resort. I liked this location of this unit best, but liked the cleanliness of some other units more. The only downsides of this unit are fixable problems. There were lots of fruit flies and we killed 3 cockroaches. The couch could use a steam clean too. But again, overall good. Loved the well stocked beach supplies and I found left over aloe and laundry detergent.

We really enjoyed this condo. My family loved the location, it was especially nice being ground level with easy access to the beach, bbq and pool. The condo was very clean and had most everything we needed. The only complaints we had was the pull out bed was uncomfortable -you could feel the springs. Also maybe a few more dishes would be nice. Otherwise we were all very happy with our stay and appreciated our hosts flexibility with our canceled flight and being able to extend our stay.

Easy check in and out. Good location for walk to the pool. Given a ground floor unit there are no idyllic sunset views but we preferred the extra space off the deck of a ground unit. Unit had lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc but could have benefitted from another set of plates, bowls, cutlery. We just ran the dishwasher at half loads to maintain a clean supply (4 people). A big thank you to housekeeping and the property manager/owner for allowing partial bottles of condiments and spices to be left behind. Many units throw them out at a given guest's departure when they are fine for the next guest to use. Also appreciative of the toys, beach supplies, and ample supply of dishwasher soap, laundry soap, garbage bags. Overall facilities great yet the pool and family (kids) hot tub could be warmer. I found that kids would get a bit cold in the pool then go to the family hot tub (intentionally at a lower temp for safety) to use as a pool as it was more of a warm pool temp versus a cooler hot tub. Adult hot tub (reg temp) was perfect however. Finally, for this price point I would suggest that calls to the Mainland (incl Canada) are included in the landline.Overall a good unit owned by a good owner that doesn't cut corners managed professionally by PMI. Definitely would stay in this unit and at Kamaoele Sands again.

The location is convenient and central with access to beaches across the street. The unit 5-112 was not cleaned very well and kitchen utensils and cooking ware was a bit hodge podge. None of the beach equipment was cleaned. The air conditioners were so loud. With small children, there is no tub so we bought a small baby tub but would be nice to have a hand held option from the showers. Bring on the ground floor and close to the pool was a good feature.
