We loved the location of this condo. It is just two blocks from the beach and canal. Condo was clean, comfortable and had most of the things you needed.
Our only cons were that the ac was imbalanced between the bedroom (super cold) and the living room (comfortable). But, grab an extra blanket for the bedroom or open the windows in the living room and you'll be good.
We would have this location on our short list for the next time we are in Waikiki.

My wife and I spent a very comfortable 9 days in this building. Byron was very helpful from our first meet to our last communication. The apartment had everything we needed down to beach chairs. Located away from the noise and traffic of Waikiki beach but only a 4 block walk to the beach. (less than 4 minutes) Our view overlooked the mountains, golf course and cityscape. We enjoyed the included parking, which is very expensive in Waikiki and the close proximity to grocery, restaurants and many of the outdoor attractions in South Oahu. A nice pool to relax by, reasonably priced laundry on the same floor and even a small market in the building. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning and relaxing in the evening on the small lenai. Everything you needed to make a meal, if desired, in the kitchen.

This condo was AMAZING!! Views did not disappoint! Communication with Byron was easy and he was on it! I would definitely stay hear again hands down! Side note bed was so comfortable!!!!

ワイキキサンセットは過去に何回も利用しています。ウォシュレットと高層階が希望だったし「リノベしたばかり」という謳い文句の3209号室に泊まりましたが、「リノベしたばかり」は納得出来ないくたびれた部屋でした。4日目にシャワーが使えなくなりキャプテンクック担当者に連絡しましたが連絡つかず、結局シャワーは使えずじまい。翌日昼頃ようやく連絡がつき修理をおねがいしましたが完了せず、空いている2910号室のシャワーを使わせてもらうことに。こちらの部屋は「リノベしたばかり」が納得できる部屋でした。3209号室は2度と使わないでし

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The unit itself was well furnished, and conveniently located. There was some utility construction going on in the garage and around the perimeter, but it really wasn't an issue at all. If you're considering this unit for your stay, go ahead and book it!

夫婦で8泊しました。部屋は清潔で食器用洗剤にスポンジ、タオル、洗濯洗剤、トイレットペーパーなど必需品は十分に揃っており、早朝にはモロカイ・ラナイ島、夜はマノアからカイムキの夜景と高層階ならではの眺めを楽しめました。洗濯機と乾燥機は1.75ドル、6階のBBQグリルは無料で以前より明るくなり、グリルも5台と増えています。缶とペットボトルはダストシュートで処分できますが、瓶は1階のゴミ置き場に持って行く必要があります。ワイキキサンセットとワイキキバニアンで迷いましたが、次回もこの部屋が第一選択となりそうです。

I had a great stay in this unit. Property manager was responsive and got things fixed quickly. Housekeeping left a bit to be desired. Although linens were fresh unit needs more frequent deep cleaning of high touch areas, shower, surfaces, floors, upholstery.
