Much to see and do in Waikiki. The World’s most famous beach is just two short blocks away. Watch the sunsets from nearly any vantage point along the beach and see the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The nearby neighborhood includes several major hotels and numerous large and small restaurants and nightclubs that cater to every nationality. Ask the kamaaina (locals) for their tips. The Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and other “World Class Shopping” may be found on Kalakaua Avenue (the street fronting the beach). A few blocks away you will find famous Kapiolani park which hosts many festivals throughout the year and the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head, tennis courts.
Public Transportation bus stops are located nearby and open the whole island to you. Parking garages on site (open to the public…$30/24 hours).
But who needs a car in Waikiki? Everything is in walking distance. If you have an itch to venture out, there are many bike rentals in the area and the island's bus transit system is awesome. Uber and Lyft are available as well....

2 blocks from our favorite beach - Kuhio Beach with its great lagoons. Unit was comfortable, furnishings good. Kitchen well stocked. Unit has beach chairs and even snorkel equipment. Unit has great patio only problem when you sit you can't see over the balcony wall, furniture needs to be taller. Only maintenance issue, A/C not working in the livingroom, but you could open sliding doors and get cross breeze.

I wish I could post pictures then that would do all the explaining for me. With Hawaii still taking COVID so serious you would think property managers and housekeeping would as well. Not the case here. The unit was FILTHY Stains on the walls and bed spread. Sheets and towels still had hair on them from previous guest. The floors looked like they have not been sweep nor moped in months. The sink in the bedroom was not working. The A/C in the living room did not work. After a couple days something told me to check the remote to it and come to find out it was missing a battery all along. I reached out to Adam and the owner. Adam said there was nothing he could do and the owner never responded about anything. I ended up going to buy a new blanket and had to clean the place myself. My partner and I spent six nights feeling really uncomfortable and not wanting to even spend time at this unit. The best part was the balcony too bad we couldn't sleep out there. We were celebrating our anniversary and we should have opted to stay in a hotel, even a 2 star hotel would have been better.

A really Great location super clean we had everything we needed for our stay . Richard was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly for us. We really enjoyed the views of the ocean and the relaxation on the balcony. The photos are just as it is, Perfect . We would definitely stay here again . Thank you Richard

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment when we arrived, nice and clean and seemed to be the perfect size for our four night stay.
We arrived late Saturday afternoon and immediately found out that the bedroom air conditioner was not working. We waited until Sunday morning and sent a text message to the property manager to advise him of the problem. We still had not heard back from him by 4:00 pm Sunday so I text him again and was advised that he had missed our text. Long story short, nobody showed up to look at the AC until 3:00 pm Monday afternoon and we then were told that it could not be fixed until Friday, 4 days later and after we would be gone. The property manager said that the living room AC was good enough to cover the entire apartment, nothing more could be done until Friday. This meant leaving the bedroom door open and subjecting ourselves to more outside noise, not pleasant.
The bathroom window does not shut completely and thus we were entertained by traffic, voices and loud/slamming noises all night as we slept. In addition there is some type of unit on the roof directly above us that would go on and off at different times during the day and night that sounded like fireworks and a drum beating.
We were also advised that it was our responsibility to empty a five gallon bucket out on the patio which collected the condensation from the living room AC and to dump it down the kitchen sink to avoid a possible fine from the building management.
Looked nice but too many issues to deal with while on vacation.

We loved the cleanliness, the comfortable furnishings, and above all the great balcony. It is great to be so close to Waikiki central.
