This condo was perfect for my family of 4. The condo was perfectly maintained with lots of additional kitchen items. The views of the ocean were great! Neighbors were friendly. We did not use the pool but it is just across the parking lot which is also well maintained. We all counted every day about how comfortable the beds were! 5 Stars for the beds! We will not hesitate to stay here again!

The views from the condo are amazing. The location is great if you are familiar with Princeville (like you need to drive to most major beaches). The condo is comfortable, well stocked but pretty dated. Popcorn ceilings and old / basic bathrooms. So you are booking mainly for the views. Top notch TVs though. Condo came with an umbrella, boards and basic camping chairs.

The stars were so bright and beautiful I actually teared up
We could see the ocean from every room
We watched whales playing in the ocean
The beds were actually comfortable
The bedding was actually comfortable
Everything we needed was already there for us
It was so quiet and beautiful
The only con is that we can't live there!

This was a great location to call home base. We were two couples and this place worked great.
Pros: two bedrooms with king beds and two bathrooms. Nice living room - we watched a couple of movies during our stay. Sounds of crashing waves and roosters all day and evening.
Cons: you do have a flight of stairs to climb ( remember your luggage has to go up there!). 2nd bedroom and bath are lacking a flat surface to put stuff on.
In February the sunset visibility from the unit was not good. The sun set far to the left. Still enjoyable, but something to consider.

Wonderful stay! Very clean and had everything our group of 4 needed. It was great to be right on the ocean and the beach gear was such a bonus. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!
