Located on the third floor, right on the bay, and close to Lawai Beach, Baby Beach and Poipu Beach. Elevator or stairs can be used for direct condo access.
When you’re ready for an adventure, it's steps to one of Kauai’s best snorkeling spots. We provide an ice cooler, beach chairs and boogie boards along with everything else you will need to enjoy your vacation.
The area is steeped in Hawaiian legend with Spouting Horn, a scenic blowhole, right down the street and Prince Kuhio Park right across the way.
Spend a day relaxing and take a swim at the famous Poipu Beach Park.
There are also many restaurant choices within walking distance, an oceanfront restaurant, The Beach House, is right next door. There are fabulous choices for delectable, fresh, local island food and shopping available at the beautiful shops at Kukui’ula, including sushi at the Dolphin, steaks and seafood at Merriman's and the best mai tai's Kauai has to offer, within a few minutes walk.
This condo will sleep two with a restful king size bed. This breathtaking unit faces East for enjoyment of the sunrise and trade winds that provide natural cooling with the option of running cold air conditioning if you desire. The sunset and surfers are steps away, around the back of the complex. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee maker, French press, many stainless pots and pans, stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. As well as all the utensils, in case you decide to cook selections from the nearby fresh fish market.
You might enjoy your coffee while relaxing on the lanai lounge chairs, watching the sea turtles swim in the bay.

We enjoyed this nicely furnished condo with everything visitors could want during their stay. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area was perfect for two persons, and the bed was comfortable. What we enjoyed the most was the great view facing east, so beautiful sunrises were a treat. A sunset view is a two-minute walk to the west side of the building. The third floor location was ideal - we could watch sea turtles and wild parakeets every day! A parking tip - do not park under the trees if possible, as birds congregate nightly to roost and your car will be a mess! We highly recommend this condo unit - communication with the owner was excellent.

The unit was clean and modern with excellent supplies to enhance the visit. The view was superb. The ad is very accurate. Some hassles with the condo association regarding parking permits thst required two trips to rental manager to obtain permits.

Beautiful condo! The owner thought of EVERYTHING down to picnic supplies in the cooler and so much more! The location is perfect and the views amazing! The condo was spotless!

There were some communication issues as to how to check into the property. There is a new property manager and that may have been the issue. This was a small issue and taken care of promptly. The condo and view were beautiful and the location was ideal for us. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 8 nights, had a great time. Best snorkeling was at the beach, just on the other side of the condo unit. The view from the condo was great and we saw turtles every afternoon/evening. Everything was as advertised.

Unbelievable property! We had 10 wonderful days in the condo! Mornings and evenings we spent enjoying the views from the lanai. We spotted turtles most every day.
Our hosts supplied everything we could have needed in the condo from our outings to the beach, to evenings in our home away from home. We enjoyed ourselves so much. It was perfection.

Our stay was wonderful! The lii on action was great - we were able to walk to many great restaurants and had easy drives to the west side of the island and Lihue! Sunrises on the condo patio were gorgeous! Loved our visit!
