You will have full access to the on-site coin-operated laundry facilities. The condo complex has an on-site manager, but we here at First Island Realty are always available to help in the case of an emergency.

Toiletries should be in bathroom I clouding Tissues. None were brought when we asked for soap, only 1 roll of TP. I understand bottom line but when u forget to leave and someone drops it for you Sorry would be a word. No one picked up phone after 3 calls for Toiletries. Condo needs deep clean and some TLC. View location was 5 star.

Wonderful waterfront location with beautiful views from the condo. Appreciated that beach gear was provided. Spacious enough for 2. Glad for the A/C. Unit overall is tired and could use a remodel of bath and kitchen and a deep cleaning. Overall most used surfaces were clean. Needs a new coffee maker. The unit was not ready at check-in time and did not get notified until 25 minutes before check-in but was compensated by the management company for our inconvenience of an hour wait.

We stayed at this condo for one week in November. It has everything you need for a short stay. As it is located in a older building (1966) it benefits from an excellent location on the ocean with proximity to the public beach, restaurant, and coffee bar. We liked having our own parking spot and staying in a smaller complex. The property is beautifully maintained by an engaging property manager. The pool and deck area is lovely. The unit itself is clean and comfortable. The A/C was quiet and easy to adjust. The condo could use a few upgrades and a refresh of the linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. We loved the panoramic view and the sound of the ocean 24/7. No traffic noise, just the waves! We watched dolphins play in front of our unit every morning. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

This property was older/outdated. One of the bathroom windo blinds wasn’t attached and needed to be fixed. When we first arrived the water to the toilet was turned off. Not knowing why we turned it on but it would not fill immediately. We called and were told someone would be out the next day to repair. They showed up but needed a part and said that they would be back. No one returned or called us back the rest of our trip so we had a very difficult time using the bathroom. The site manager suggested that we use the pool bathroom. This was an inconvenience. The air conditioner was wonderful and the view was amazing from the room and the location couldn’t have been better. It was jus the room itself.

This was a very cute place to stay close to magic sands. I was bummed that there wasn’t a washer/dryer but I didn’t read the description good enough, so that’s on me. Other places I’ve stayed have had coffee there for the guests and I was surprised when I didn’t see any, but that’s what I get for starting to expect that from other stays and not their fault so I am giving 5 stars anyway. They provided snorkel gear and that was awesome.

We really enjoyed our week here; the oceanfront view for sunsets, next door to Magic Sands beach which is always humming with activity, and an enjoyable mile walk south every morning to great snorkeling. Magic Sands and Kahalu’u beaches both have lifeguards. The location is top notch.
The unit itself was fine and served its purpose; it would have been beautiful 30 years ago but the unit and furnishings are getting “tired” now. Air conditioning works.

I loved the old school feel of this hotel and the efficiency of contactless access to your rooms. Well equipped with anything you may need, lots of room for 1-2 adults. 3 can fit easily as well. Cooking, coffee and kitchen amenities are great! The best part is the ocean wave sounds, even with the doors closed! Loved it, would stay again for sure!!

Our stay was great. It was a good home base for our adventures. We appreciated having a parking spot. It was lovely to have the sound of the ocean right outside the windows. The beach next door was beautiful (a bit crowded) with fun waves and the sunsets were gorgeous. Delicious food and drinks at the cafe next door.
