Enjoy the living area with an 75" Hi-Definition TV, inviting sofa and pool table! The gourmet kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your island meal. If you must attend to business there is an separate office with full size desk.
The upstairs offers 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite baths and both with a private lanai offering ocean views.
The other two bedrooms share a hall bathroom.
If you need extra space or just want to get away there is an upstairs living room with extra large sofa and ottomans.

Great location, but property reflects total lack of care. At 1st look, interior looks like it was well decorated at one time. A closer inspection shows mostly dirty windows, screens needing a good scrubbing, dirty door frames. Master bedroom slider to mud room covered with stains, the top drawer of dresser stuffed with male undergarments ( a 1st for us, never seen this in hotels or b&bs before). This pretty much sets the tone for rest of house, towels and sheets piled up, some folded, some simply stuffed in closets.Furniture was good in areas not frequently used like library or living room. Sectional in family room badly stained, we put a sheet over before sitting down. 2 other couches, in patio and mud room, also dirty.Bathrooms pretty basic, shampoo bottles from discount stores half empty.Kitchen is ok, a mishmash of dishes, one set of steel silverware, one set of plastic ones. Old pots and pans, a couple of pots very rusty.Our kids enjoyed the pool, backyard pretty bare, just one thin strip of grass, no trees unless you count the dying palm tree.We did not call agent, there were so many things that needed to be corrected that we don’t want to cut in the short time we have in Hawaii. For the price we were charged, it was a big disappointment. Close to 2000 a day, including 900 for “cleaning”We wrote this because we were asked if we would recommend this property. The answer is a big NO, we made a bad mistake

Our rental home was perfect!! Everything was in stellar condition and super clean. You could walk to two small hidden beaches and golf right near the property. We couldn't have asked for a better rental!! We called the concierge for two small things and they were both addressed immediately. I would highly recommend both this home and hte rental company!
