Above all,the view from the window was amazing.The only disappointing thing was that the disposer suddenly stopped working the day before we left.I was satisfied with everything else,so if I have a chance,I would like to stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious, well-equipped condo in a stunning location. The condo was immaculate, is tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you need for beach fun. The view is amazing. Management was extremely accommodating. It was a wonderful stay!

We are a senior couple who was looking for a beautiful and comfortable co do to celebrate our 30th anniversary. This 2 bedoom, 2 bath home is completely comfortable and the close ocean view will give you the feeling of a huge balcony on a cruise ship. The water is RIGHT there but you are on a bluff above it. The waves crash below and any sea "action" is easily visable. The Princeville neighborhood is magical and our favorite part of Kauai. So much to see and do in nearby Hanalei.

This is a beautiful condominium. We loved that all main rooms face the ocean. The master bedroom is spacious and the unit is well equipped. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the Princeville area.

The place was very clean and the view is spectacular . The only complaint, when we arrived at Alikai it's just hard to find the Condo Number. It's very dark. I think, We went to 3 different doors to check the 6102 because the numbers are not very visible ! Over all , we enjoyed the place. We took care of the place just like our own home( strip the bedsheets and washed including all the towels . We made sure , we clean the kitchen. We will be back!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ali’i Kai! The unit was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The layout of the floor plan is spacious and efficient, with a very nice (and large for size of the unit) master suite. I agree with another review I had read about this property, that the pictures do not do it justice. We would definitely stay in this unit again, if/when we return to the North Shore of Kauai.

This property was perfect for our family of 4! The view was amazing, and the house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Check in was easy and the place was even better than in the pictures. We loved the quiet community and the location to surrounding towns was great!

We absolutely loved our stay. Very clean and well-appointed, this condo has the best location! No units above or below. Gorgeous view of the ocean. The lanai is huge and we loved sitting outside. It runs the full length of the condo and overlooks a tropical garden full of birdsong every morning with lovely pastel-colored sunrises. Parking is a few steps from the front door. Pool is close by and well-kept and we swam everyday. Community sitting area on a grassy hill that offers unobstructed views and wonderful sunsets. Close to everything in Princeville. Restaurants, stores, etc., yet condo property is very private. No A/C, but with the windows open and ceiling fans and constant ocean breezes, we thought the temp was always perfect. We can’t wait to return next year!!! Also, we enjoyed Hanalei Bay and the drive to the west, over the many little bridges and past the many beaches, to the end of the road. We highly recommend Smith’s Family Luau and Fern Grotto Riverboat Cruise to the south. Also loved the Kilohana Plantation Railway train ride—don’t miss it! Lots to do and see there.
