Lovely little condo met all of our needs. Appreciated doing laundry to have clean beach towels each day. Best part… a nearby beach across the street nestled 5-10 sea turtles each evening. Loved seeing them.

The property was nice and in a convenient location. picked this location due to the reviews and amenities. We got to the location in the evening and settled in, turned on the A/C units and immediately had to clean the filters due to the units clean filters lights going off, noticed the some places had dust built up on them, had to wipe the walls in the bathroom next to the mirror as they had leftover toothpaste splatter on them from previous tenets. next day in the light noticed that everything above eye level was dirty with caked on dirt ( only found that out after hanging a towel on the shower door and removing it and had dirt all over it ) had to rewash it and the dryer had stinky towels in it from previous tenets so put those in the wash as well. The listing had said it had an umbrella and coolers for beach trips and we searched and could not find them, I asked the host where they might be they said “they should be in the laundry closet and to let them know” so it wasn't verified that they were there after the previous tenets left which was one of the reasons we choose this place was that they provided these so we were disappointed but really surprised to see snorkel gear, advised the host they were not there and told them about the stinky towels and never got a response back. The kitchen was clean and had upgraded appliances so it had what we needed during our stay, overall the location was nice and pleasant.

The property was nice. There were no working jets in the hot tub and the pool was a little cool. It was misleading that the beach was just a walk across the road which did not prove to be true. Otherwise the kithen was nicely stocked with everything and we had what we needed for accommodations.

we really enjoyed this condo. We love the jungle effect off the patio, the place was super clean, my wife loved the curtains in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed is comfortable. and a short walk to the beach.

Everything as stated/listed....easily worked with property manager on Spectrum cable TV issue = solved. Kitchen updated with new appliances & well equiped with everything one needs. Nicely furnished throughout with abundance of linens, towels, etc. Comfortable and roomy for the two of us. Waher & dryer a plus.

Great stay at this condo! Unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. Everything was exactly as described. Beautiful grounds on the property. Very close to Sugar Beach which stretches along the coast for several miles and loved taking long morning walks there! Property manager was very responsive to our inquiries.

My wife and I have been to Maui many times. The condo was comfortable. The kitchen was adequate, bed was comfortable. The only down side was (no fault of the owner) the upstairs neighbor had very heavy feet and would (what seemed to me) run laps and move furniture around starting between 3 and 5 am. Granted I do get up early , but really?

The unit is located in a small, quiet complex with an exceptionally beautiful tropical garden -- love the sound of the birds. It is conveniently located to beaches, restaurants & grocery shops. The furnishings are just so-so but no big deal -- the unit was clean; the bed was comfortable; in-unit washer/dryer was an A+ convenience. Minor suggestion: provide steak/dinner knives.
Only negative was communicating with the owner & Maui 'contact person'. I received info on access to the unit just a few days before scheduled 'check-in'.
Much of my time on Maui was spent volunteering at wildfire relief centers, so having a place like this to decompress was much appreciated.
