The place was great and we all enjoyed our time there. It was large enough to cook, seat and entertain my entire family of 11. We had extended family (locals) that visited us almost daily and had enough room to accommodate their visit.
The main house and guest house had everything we needed (which was great). The garage was filled with all items needed to go to the beach which was awesome. In fact, my granddaughter forgot to pack her water shoes for the trip. We were able to find a pair she was able to use.
We had a few minor challenges, i.e. no air condition in main living/dinning area but the bedrooms were quite comfortable, and the back door at times was difficult to open.
Our stay there will always be at the top of our family vacations, and full of memories. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We traveled as an extended family from 8 years old to 75 years old and the houses were great for everyone. We loved the deck and the guest house. The house was equipped with all the beach gear and towels we needed. There was plenty of gathering space to spread out and have privacy. It was close to lots of things - poipu beach and baby beach, as well as little shopping centers. The pool is a drive so we didn’t take advantage of it much but looked nice. The host was super helpful and sent lots of information ahead of time.

Literally the best place to stay as a big family. Had all the amenities that we needed to accommodate our year and a half year old. The private guest house was awesome to have! We definitely had the best time and lots of memories were made!

The property was easy to find with MAPS. We had a group which included our children and their families plus our son-in-law's parents. We had plenty of room with both houses. We all congregated for meals in the main house. If you wanted to swim in the pool, you had to drive or walk on a path on a busy road. This was not a problem because we rather drove to Poipu beach for it is just as close. There is one problem, the grates on the grill are so rusty, you can't cook on them. These need to be replaced before I would rent again. We had to cook all our meals inside. There is one other thing. If you like a yard, there is only a small front yard. No real place for the kids to run while home. The house itself is clean quiet, spacious, stocked with games, towels, cleaning supplies and some spices and oils. We got in too late to pick up supplies so a small amount of Kauai Coffee would have been nice. I would stay again.

This house with guest house next door was the perfect setup for a family vacation with our three sons and wives and two grandchildren. The rooms were spacious with many windows, the verandah was wonderful to gather in the evenings, and included the hot tub.
A crib and high chair were provided, along with beach chairs, beach towels and toys.
The Athletic Club, which is included was amazing, a short walk away - including pools, water slide, fitness facilities and a restaurant. Also shops and beaches nearby.
This is a Don’t miss gem!!

The main house and guest house were perfect for our families. They were both better than the pictures in the listing. Having a high chair, baby crib and air mattresses available worked out great for our group. The many options with boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, picnic baskets, coolers, chairs and umbrellas was impressive. Many in our group enjoyed going to Poipu Athletic Club to play pickle ball, workout and enjoy the pool there. The location was fantastic to walk or drive to shopping, beach, and restaurants. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this property for larger groups of family and/or friends.

We had 14 people.Grandparents, children and grandchildren, all adults. The 2 houses were perfect for us. The grandchildren slept on blow up beds. The great room in the main house had plenty of room for all of us at mealtime. The neighborhood was very nice and the house itself was quite nice

For us, the house was perfect. I had my family in the main house and our older friends in the guest house. We hosted dinners for 13 people, including friends from other hotels, with plenty of room and dishes for all. The grounds are lovely. The beach, as advertised, is about a 15 minute walk from the house, the little general store about the same in the other direction. Everyone agreed the house was perfect and we all loved the stay.
