HOUSE RULES
1. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, during which time the noise shall not unnecessarily disturb neighbors. Audible sound beyond Property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would otherwise be associated with a residential area.
2. Vehicles shall be parked in designated on-site parking areas only and shall not be parked on the street.
3. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.
4. Maximum number of registered guests is not to exceed 8.
5. Smoking is NOT allowed in the house or garage on the Property. Smoking is allowed outdoors, 20 feet away from the house/garage on the Property and Guest must extinguish tobacco products properly.
6. People other than those in the Guest Party set forth above may not stay overnight in the Property. Any other person in the Property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
7. Keep the Property and all furnishings in good order.
8. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
9. Pets are NOT allowed.

Home setting stunning as expected. We first visited in 2018 and everything sparkled. This time, we felt the kitchen needed a deep clean especially the cabinets. The water pressure in the guest bathroom (closest to the pool) was very low and consistent temp control was hard to achieve. This same bathrooms sink has a small leak around stem when turned on. Small maintenance items easily corrected. Over all, we are happy we chose Rainbow Hale for our second visit.

Highly Recommend. The views are absolutely gorgeous, and the patio pool layout was perfect. We never wanted to leave the house. It had everything!!! We LOVED the sunsets and all the rainbows. It was well stocked with kitchen/grilling/pool floats/beach items. It was very spacious and allows each person to have their privacy to sleep without hearing what others are doing in the house. Sean (our host) was quick to respond and incredibly attentive to all our questions. I appreciate how he made sure we were well taken care of. General Travel Tip: Remember that Maui can get very windy; I was surprised at how strong the winds can get. Especially in the afternoon.

We love this property. This was our second year staying here and I'm sure we will be back again. The pool is perfect for everyone, the kids especially love it when the adults need a little afternoon break. The privacy is excellent, we just love it compared to a Resort, condo or a house in a busy part of town. This is in a gated community but you are a 4 minute drive from parking lots to access some of the best beaches on Maui.

We loved this property and were very happy with our stay at Rainbow Hale. The property managers were super easy to work with and helpful. The house is well appointed and spacious. Kaanapali is very accessible, just a 5 min drive down the hill, but we appreciated being able to remove ourselves from the busy-ness of that area coming back to the house. At this time of year, the pool was not useable for us - way too cold, which was the only disappointment - not their fault, just not warm enough this time of year. Even my 3 children who are typically less bothered by cold water wouldn't go in. Fortunately we could use the spa part of the pool. We inquired w/ the property managers about turning on the heater and they said it was very expensive, which was understandable. I am assuming it is the same for all other homes at this time of year...just something to keep in mind, it's not hot enough this time of year I guess for non-heated pools. But it is a lovely property and we were very happy with our stay overall.

Pictures do not do this property justice! The house was absolutely spotless, located in a great neighborhood which made for beautiful morning walks, and the pool and hot tub were perfect. The location was also great. Exactly what my family was looking for!

- Old and chipped dishes as a previous guest

- Black mold around the bathtub, a point made by a
prior guest and obviously not addressed. Another
major health hazard
- Location- the house is very close to the main road and
the first one off the gated entrance to the development
which is under active construction. Heavy traffic starts
before the sun rises and is very disruptive
- TV in the library/den is not working properly. Also, the
convertible sofa bed was worn down to the springs.
It had to be replaced by an air mattress
- Part of the air conditioning was not working for two
days in an 80+ degree temperature and high
humidity
- The property manager, Aloha vacation Rentals
proved to be inept, rude and accusatory
Full Disclosure - we are currently in dispute with the rental company, as they are withholding our deposit based upon bogus claims. We will not pay any additional money for something we did not do, and moreover, we refuse to allow and condone such unsavory business practices.

We stayed at the beautiful Rainbow Hale Estate in June with our family. We returned for two weeks the end of January, with a few other couples. The trip again was outstanding. The weather cooperated beautifully. We saw gorgeous rainbows, and from the lanai would sit and watch the whales, jumping! The fully equipped kitchen allowed for each couple to take an evening fixing dinner. The location is absolutely perfect – up the hill from Kannapoli Beach. An amazing 2week getaway!
