9/29/23: Please be advised that effective Monday, November 6, 2023, the 4th floor main pool deck
will be closed to begin remedial repair work to address water leaks. This closure is anticipated to last until December 2024 (subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances).
Please see below:
• The entire upper pool deck will be closed, including the main pool, jacuzzi, keiki
pool, both BBQ grills and the cabanas.
• Other amenities located on the 4th floor lower sun deck will remain open,
including the fitness room, yoga room, the billiards table, and the Aloha Lounge.
• Work hours will be restricted from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday. Some noise is expected.

Our condominium offers a world class ocean view, full-size kitchen, private lanai, and a washer & dryer in the condo. The bedding is convenient with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
Waikiki Beach Tower amenities include a swimming pool and jet spa, fitness room, and pool table to hang with friends. Or have a BBQ cookout and use the grills in the outside dining area.
You'll be in the heart of Waikiki and your island adventures await! You'll also be located within walking distance to the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and tons of Waikiki shopping and dining options. ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)

- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).
Note on parking, we recommend smaller vehicle to fit the height of our designated parking space. If renting a large SUV, then will have to valet (complimentary) park with hotel and use their services.
CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Excellent place to stay right across from the beach with close access to shopping and restaurants. Condo was equipped with everything a family could need. During our visit they still had construction on the pool area which was very loud during the day. If the sounds of traffic bother you, it might be better to choose somewhere away the beach strip because even on the 12th floor you'll hear everything. Overall, a great experience!

We loved our stay at Waikiki Beach Tower. Comms were good with Alii and we absolutely loved the unit. Plenty of space for our family of five and our son slept on the sofa and was super comfortable. The staff at the WBT were phenomenal and we didnt feel we were treated any differently to the Aston guests. Unit had great cooking facilities and we loved having two bathrooms. The location is the best, right across from the beach.We loved being able to use the facilities after we had checked out to have a shower before leaving for the airport.Cons We stayed during the renovations and yes the jackhammers were a bit tough at 9am over breakfast on the balcony but we left for the beach and and it didn't bother us a bit. It didn't bother us at all but you look straight into bedrooms from the Waikiki Circle Hotel from the deck. -- This is part of the Waikiki experience I feel ! - Part of the view is blocked by the hotel in front, but again we knew this when booking so wasn't a concern. Prayerful we will be able to be back soon. Thank you again for hosting us and managing a wonderful stay.

The condo was very spacious, with beautiful ocean front views of Waikiki beach from the Lanai. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. Can I suggest an exhaust fan be installed in the main bathroom. We loved the location, layout, amenities and convenience of the vacation rental. It is steps away from the beach, next to a lot of restaurants and shopping malls and has very friendly staff in the hotel. Everything was perfect and we loved the chairs and view from the lanai! There is also a washer/dryer in the unit which made managing laundry very easy. Also a very safe place, especially for families.

With so many choices in the Waikiki area, and doing tons of research this place was everything it said it was and we were very happy with it. It was a little different getting the keys for entry but even that was very easy and went as described. The property and people working there was wonderful! Parking was easy and we did valet as we had a truck and that was very easy and the valet guys were all so nice and accommodating. Your view is a little limited with the building sticking out on your left and the Circle Hotel on the right, but between that is a nice slice of the beach and a little street activity. One of the reasons we choose this property was because it had two bedrooms and two baths which worked our perfect, but now we’re torn as if we come back only needing one bed and bath, I’m not sure we can find anything that would be so perfect. Note too the patio is much larger than almost anything else you see down in this area which was another big plus! Not often it was in total direct sunlight.
The kitchen was fully furnished and beds were good.
We were very pleased overall.

Our son and daughter in law chose Oahu as the location for their wedding. The location of the condo was perfect for getting to wedding and everything else the island has to offer. Only steps from the beach. Very attentive property management. We valeted the car and the security and valet were invaluable as we were travelling with a member that had mobility issues. Would definitely stay again.

What a great location! This place was perfect for our family - my husband, myself and our two teenage boys. The view was gorgeous from the deck - it’s better than in the photos. Beds were comfortable and there was everything that we would need there. There is an ABC store a minute away to get drinks, sunscreen and a small box of laundry detergent. I would definitely rent this place again! ... my only suggestion if you come here is to research some places to eat. The food on the strip is, as you would expect, overpriced and not great.

An amazing location where everything is within walking distance. The unit is very clean, and the building is maintained very well. That would be perfect if the unit can provide a bottle of laundry liquid.
