Located right in the heart of Waikiki, and within walking distance of many attractions including iconic Waikiki Beach which is just steps away, as well as many shops and restaurants and the newly opened International Marketplace.
Our condo is warm and welcoming and once you arrive you will never want to leave,
as our condo has all the comforts of home, is superbly maintained, and includes many extras at no additional cost, including beach chairs, beach umbrella, water toys and games.
For your comfort we have a luxurious king size bed, a queen size sofa bed , and a pack n play porta crib for the little ones.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials necessary for family dining or an intimate dinner for two.
For your entertainment we provide cable TV in the living room with 175-channel cable package.
The Waikiki Banyan is an amazing resort featuring a recreation deck which includes a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts.
There is also a children's playground, putting green, snack bar, as well as Barbecues and tables for outside dining.
For your further enjoyment we provide boogie boards, beach chairs and beach towels; all of which are located within the unit, so there is no need to worry about a lack of fun or supply.
Also, a new Bike rental program ( Gobiki.org ) has been installed in front of the Waikiki Banyan offering bike rentals by the hour or day. You can rent from one location and drop at any of the many Biki stations around Waikiki, a great way to see the sights. Check the website for more info!!
There is a convenience store at the lobby entrance, the Banyan Breeze Coffe Shop, and a laundry room on every floor.
The bus is convient, with a stop right out front, however you can walk to everything Waikiki has to offer including shopping at the new International Market Place, a visit to nearby Honolulu Zoo, Ali Wai Golf Course, Kapiolani Park, or dining out at one of the numerous nearby restaurants, plus many more activities and attractions.
As an added bonus Internet and Parking are included Free of charge, as well as long distance calls within the U.S and Canada!

Our family of four truly enjoyed our stay in the condo at Waikiki. We loved our mornings on the balcony and everything inside the condo was well situated and true to the description. We made good use of the boogie boards, with the beach a quick 5 min walk down the street. The condo building is currently undergoing some renovations, so there were longer than usual wait times on the elevator and the pool was closed during our stay. But those were only minor inconveniences. John was extremely communicative and responded quickly to our questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This condo had incredible views of the ocean. You can see the water from every window in the condo. It's beautiful!
It is exactly how the pictures look and described. The view is better than the pictures. It has a full size kitchen and is fully stocked with any kind of dish, pan or utensil needed. There were Ziploc bags, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper. You never know if a VRBO is just going to have a starter package. This condo was stocked.
The bed was very comfortable. There are extra pillows in the closet should you want a variety.
The shower is a nice size. FYI don't turn the handle all the way over to hot.... I realized it was hot when the handle was in the middle.
The AC unit kept us comfortable. They have a manual fan in the bedroom which we kept on. We did not hear any noise from the street or from neighbors.
The laundry facility is right next door. It has one machine. We wanted to do 2 loads at once so we walked to another floor. You have to pay using an app which is a hassle but that's the way everything is.
They had several beach chairs and umbrellas. Don't know if they all work but the two chairs and umbrella we used were fine.
The parking is tight which is normal for Waikiki. Would not recommend a large SUV/Truck unless you have to.
The location is fantastic. 5 - 7 min walk to beach & close to Tues night free Hula show. Easy walk to stores & restaurants.
The smart TV worked fine.
I will definitely stay here again & recommend it. Enjoy

It was only a couple blocks away from the ocean, places to eat and shops. The only thing that was a pain were the elevators took forever. I guess they were under renovation some of the time which we weren’t notified of but all in all it was a good place to stay. I would recommend staying here. The owner was fast in his responses.

The condo has all the amenities of home. It was clean, laundry next door and just a couple blocks from Waikiki beach. Walking distance to the beach and shops. John responded promptly and was gracious to let us check in early. I would highly recommend renting from John again. Thank you!

This vrbo has everything you could need which was great. We used the beach chairs and walked 10 minutes to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Had an umbrella, cards, kleenex, just a lot of thoughtful extras that make it homey.
The only negative things I would say is that you hear quite a bit of noise due to the downtown location so just expect that. Also the bedroom blinds did nothing to keep the light out in the morning. Every day we were up by 6am, not exactly ideal when your on vacation. Be ready to get an early start to your day or bring an eye mask.

My parents and I enjoyed our stay at Jon's place sooo much!! The place is equipped with everything you might possibly need, even beach chairs and umbrellas! Plus the building has a small convenience store on the first floor for anything you might still need! The beach is only a 10 minute walk and every tour I booked was able to pick us up right across the street! Lastly, Jon the host was amazing during the whole process! Very communicative and responsive! We enjoyed our stay sooo much and Jon made the process smooth and with no hassle! So I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

The condo was filled with the necessity items. It was very clean! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone needing to stay in downtown waikiki.
