Developer upgrades include a double-sized outdoor lanai with ocean views and a built-in gas BBQ for dinner under the sunset. The home has central AC, fast wifi, a large garage and offers very comfortable sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom & HD TV, second bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a trundle twin bed, work station & TV.

Guests of Waiulaula Ridge N102 may purchase resort access to use the Mauna Kea Resort Club facilities during your stay for $180/day in 2024 (2025 rates have yet TBD & are subject to change) + tax, per RESERVATION (not per person). Purchase of this membership includes the following privileges at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Hotel facilities: Charging privileges at both hotels for dining and activities, access to hotel beaches and pools, use of towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis (court fees apply), use of two fitness centers (yoga and group classes available for a fee), and an access card for preferred parking at the hotel.

Starting April 2024, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel will be undergoing a major renovation. The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort and all associated amenities, where Wai'ula'ula N102 is located, will *not* be impacted by the renovation and will be open as normal. The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel is not planned to be closed entirely - instead the renovation will occur in sections.
