Conveniently located on the bottom floor with garden / ocean views from the Lani, this unit is especially ideal for those who may have difficulty with stairs as there are no elevators for accessing the 2nd. & 3rd. floor units.

Being on the ground floor offers you easy access the pool, barbecues and the spectacular ocean front area, adding to everything one would expect to have an enjoyable holiday.

There is a queen size bed easily accommodating 2 people.

Kona Isle is an ocean front complex that has well-maintained beautiful grounds and all the conveniences of home, along with a live on site Property Manager. Enjoy the beautiful barbecue area and picnic tables where every evening people gather for friendly conversation or to watch the sunset and enjoy and ocean side dinner. The pool is solar heated and surrounded by lounge chairs and tables. There is a sandy area adjacent to the ocean one can bask in the sunshine in lounge chairs or enjoy the shade and cooling ocean breezes while watching dolphins, whales and turtles. On the property there is also a library for your exclusive usage.

Adjacent to Kona Isle is a convenience store with deli, beer, wine, newspaper, etc. Downtown Kailua-Kona is less then 2 miles away (easily walkable) with many restaurants, shopping and a great farmers market where you can find many fresh local produce & vegetables. There is also a small market place within an easy 500' walk from Kona Isle which is open 6 days a week
