Next to the Kealia Nature Preserve, so no buildings for three miles to the northwest. Totally remodeled, in August of 2017 with all new kitchen cabinets, backsplashes, Silestone quartz countertops throughout, new sinks, kitchen, faucet, refrigerator, showerhead, linens, towels, kitchen utensiles, etc. We also repainted the entire unit. It's been professionally decorated with bamboo flooring, all stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a new 2023 whisper quiet dishwasher and high-end furniture and furnishings throughout, stripped and resealed tumbled marble tile in kitchen and bath, tub, vanity, vessel sink, huge, full-sized separate washer/dryer in the unit so you don't spend your vacation drying 2 beach towels at a time and totally updated to reflect more of a serene, romantic modern tropical feel. Our photos of the unit are updated in August 2017 after a remodel and show exactly what you will see when you arrive, with no surprises. We have a free state-of-the-art secured N+ wireless router for simultaneous video streaming/gaming on multiple devices like smart phones, computers or iPads, etc. The unit is fully stocked with EVERYTHING most people would want or need from all beach gear to spices, cooking utensiles and ALL paper and cleaning supplies, including those for the washer, dishwasher and bath/shower. We haven't forgotten anything! Both the living room and bedroom TV are hooked up to Spectrum cable and the bedroom TV has a digital over the air antenna if the cable goes down. In 2022 we even got a new high quality Sterns and Foster mattress and adjustable base with wireless remote control head and foot raising/lowering capabilities. We live in Kihei in case you need anything else to make your stay with us perfect. We are available 24/7. Your complete satisfaction is important to us. Our goal is to exceed your expectations. This condo was everything that was promised in the VRBO description, but what really set it apart from the average rental were the owners Frank and Susan. The personal touch from the welcome basket with all kinds of goodies to the champagne with ice provided.
Frank's quick response to any issues or questions was very helpful.
The bed is superbly comfortable.
The view was spectacular. I mean you are truly so close to the ocean and sparkling clean beautiful beach you feel you could almost reach out and touch it.
If I could give more than five stars I would.

This is our first time on Maui. My mother recommended this specific location in Kihei. She loves the old-school vibe of this part of the island. My husband and I would prefer a more current vibe.
The unit is very nice inside.
Our hosts thought of everything that one may need. Very comfortable furniture, including the king-size bed. The view and sound of ocean out our windows is breathtaking.
We are right on the beach. We face west, so the sunset is visible nightly.
It’s a 30 minute beach walk/10 minute drive to businesses. We thought we wouldn’t need a car, even though there is a parking place on site. Wish we had rented one. Luckily, we had many friends also visiting who could ferry us around in their cars when we needed it. Also, we used Uber quire a bit.
This was a learning experience. Our hosts went out of their way to make it the best it could be. Even bringing us more coffee pods on request.

This top floor suite makes a great base for a Maui vacation. A long, flat walkable beach, well kept pool, BBQ area and waterfront make the experience beyond the room a most pleasant one while the well kept, very well appointed condo with welcoming hosts made our week long vacation on the island relaxing, and easy.

Perfect location on a long stretch of beach to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Condo was neat, clean, nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, beach supplies, etc for our stay. Lovely balcony to sip coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Owners were the best hosts-special touch was a celebration basket of treats and champagne. Perfect, quiet location to walk the beach, get coffee, farmer’s market, explore the island, eat out or bbq at the condo. Thank you Sandy and Frank for making our vacation special! Hope to visit again in the future!

This was our second stay in this unit and third at the property. The unit is well-appointed with quite possibly the most attentive owners, oh and it has a fabulous view of the ocean. The property as a whole is wonderful. It's almost like you have your own private beach. We'll be back in 2024!

Sandy and Frank do an exceptional job at hosting. They supply every little thing one needs.
Just add delicious meals and drinks.
We were sad to leave but already thinking about our return trip.
