Our townhouse styled condo with an easy, individually coded key-less entry is furnished with all the comforts of home including a king-sized bed in both bedrooms. While there is no sofa/bed in the living area there is very comfortable sectional furniture provided which should not be used as a sleeping facility.
The living and dining areas are spacious as accented by the high vaulted ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen provides many opportunities to prepare memorable leisurely breakfasts, cocktail hours and dinners on the private main lanai. All while enjoying the varied ocean views from the morning sun highlighting the ocean to the famous Maui sunsets with the opportunity to observe the "green flash" at sunset. Don’t hesitate to book this condo! The location is perfect. We found the condo to have everything that we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The view is amazing, I loved having coffee outside everyday. I appreciate Sid and his hospitality! He is a wonderful host, so helpful! We can’t wait to return next year!

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Sid's condo. We know the area well and the location was perfect for us. The place was remarkably clean and well appointed. What was especially great was all of the beach gear which was in great shape and left us wanting nothing!

I stayed at this property with my husband, mother in law, and 7 year old son. This unit is exactly as pictured in the listing and more! It felt less like a rental and more like visiting a family member's spacious vacation home. Everything we could have needed for the pool and beach was provided for us and the location to everything in Kihei/ Wailea was perfect. The beds were incredibly comfortable, washer/dryer was a wonderful amenity to have, and the view from the lanai is tough to beat. Sid was attentive, personable, and flexible in accommodating our travel plans. You can stop your rental search here and book with confidence! It is updated, spacious, comfortable, and we were extremely happy to be staying there. There was also a great assortment of equipment to enjoy going to the beach, everything we needed. This property was perfect for our family of 4. The location was amazing and it was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the mini split a/c units in each space. The location was quiet and clean. The owner had the best communication that we have ever experienced. They take pride in their customer service and their condo. We will for sure stay here again. I wouldn’t look at any other condo to book. This has it all!! Thank you!

Without question, this was the best rental property experience ever, regardless of provider. We traveled from the east coast of the United States for our 1st Maui adventure and a gem of choice.
1. Outstanding accommodations: picture-perfect location, gorgeous spaces (bedrooms, kitchen, living room, rooftop patio), convenient parking, and much more.
2. Sid is a fantastic host, connecting with us early, was always available, and was very responsive to our questions, providing excellent recommendations, timely advice, and spot-on suggestions.
The best recommendation we can give (it was a unanimous decision) is when we return to this beautiful island; we already know where we want to stay. With still much to see and do, there is no better place to base our operation.

A stunning property in a beautiful location; the pictures really don't do it justice. Amazing views; and a cool, contemporary interior. Sid was a pleasure to rent from, so thoughtful and communicative. We didn't want to leave!
