This unit was amazing. We had everything we needed beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, kitchen, bathrooms etc. The unit also had everything we needed for our 3 granddaughters ages 1-8. Our hosts Sherry and Neil were great. They answered all questions we had prior to arriving and had everything ready to go when we arrived. I would highly recommend staying here. This villa is a lovely place to stay! The unit is large and spacious and has everything you need. And if you don't have what you need, the property managers Sherry and Neal could probably get it for you -- they were so responsive, communicative and friendly. The villa has a lot of kid friendly items included in it which was awesome -- umbrella stroller, Graco pack and play, high chair, wagon, sand toys, noodles etc. Nothing fancy but does the trick. Bonus was there were several things leftover from previous guests that we took advantage of and we left items as well, eg sunscreen, bath toys etc. Some notes for future guests:
- If you have a rental car, there's not much need to use the golf cart. Especially if you have a toddler that can't ride in it anyway.
- We had an in person greeting from Neal who was very friendly and got our toddler talking to him immediately. The intro to the grounds and villa, though super useful, were a little challenging for our 3 year old since it took maybe 45-60 minutes. So keep that in mind -- you could maybe split up if you have an infant or toddler that is on the verge of losing it. It was really nice to have a detailed tour of the grounds and tips and tricks of the villa though.
- Also specifically for a baby or toddler (info I always look for when booking a vacation rental, the kids room has shutters and no curtains, so I wound up buying some black out panels from Target (10-12min drive away) to cover the windows.

I would definitely say that all 5 adults and 3 kids had a fantastic stay at the resort and wandering around Oahu. Sherry, the property manager, could not have done a better job communicating, offering helpful information, and making sure our needs were met. I would recommend this property to anyone, especially families. It had everything--well equipped kitchen, beautiful lanai, washer and dryer, toys and books for the kids, beach wagon and toys.

Beautiful condo with very nice updated decor. Every detail thought of - couldn't be better. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need (pots, pans, plates, etc.) to prepare family meals. The unit truly has everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable beach vacation. Sherry & Gabriel were wonderful to deal with and made sure our requests were accomodated (e.g. needed two pack and play). Would stay again without hesitation.

This villa has everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach - towels, sun hats, water toys, etc. And the same can be said for the villa, we had everything we needed and more. It has one of the larger lanais and overlooks the quiet pool, which is ideal. And the comfortable furniture on the lanai easily accommodated my family of 8. We also opted to rent the golf cart, which was perfect for getting to nearby restaurants and shopping.
Also, I can't say enough about Sherry, the property manager, and her husband Neal - they were absolutely wonderful! Any questions we had and anything we needed, they took care of.
I've stayed at various types of properties over the years and this was by far the best! We can't wait to return!!

Our family was there to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. In-laws in their 80s stayed too.
The rooms were darker than the pictures showed and the towels put out smelled of mildew- like someone left them wet for a while before drying. But because there was a washing machine and dryer it was very easy to just wash them again. No problem.
The furnishings were a bit outdated but my understanding is they are replacing them. That being said, it was very nice and we had everything we needed. Sheri the property manager was outstanding and available whenever we needed her.
Traveling with elderly people who are not very mobile meant we couldn’t do many of the activities we wanted, but that had nothing to do with the unit.
Fully stocked, very responsive. I give it 4.5 stars and believe it will be 5 stars with the refresh they have planned. Definitely recommend!

Check-in process was a tedious hour-long ordeal, with Sherry bombarding us with numerous house rules that were not mentioned in the listing. It felt unwelcoming and inconsiderate, especially after a long journey with a toddler in tow.
We tried to make the best of our stay despite questionable aspects of the property, including a moldy washing machine gasket and outdated, low-quality kitchen items. However, our troubles didn't end there.
Midway through our vacation, my phone got wet and stopped working. When I finally turned it back on after returning home, I was shocked to find a barrage of long text messages from Sherry. She accused us of using a key to access her linen closet, even though it was already open upon our arrival. She took pictures of items she claimed we stole, such as knives and a puzzle piece. It was absurd, considering she had left toys for our toddler and encouraged us not to restrict her. She even threatened to file a claim against us and charge an extra cleaning fee for some sand we had naturally brought in from the beach, despite our efforts to keep the place clean.
Sherry's direct communication outside of the VRBO portal was suspicious as was the requirement to purchase insurance for the property, considering the speed at which she filed a claim against us. Thankfully, I contacted VRBO, who assured me of no additional charges after leaving. I would advise anyone considering booking to be cautious and thoroughly document everything during your stay.
