At Kamaole Sands 4-210, the living is easy. The popular Kamaole Beach Park III is across the street, there are tennis courts and a swimming pool on the premise, and from the one-bedroom condo you can look out onto the lushly landscaped grounds. A pool party is held every Wednesday and you’ll even receive a newspaper every day. All you have to do is decide how you want to spend your time among the sunshine and salt-kissed breezes.
Let’s start our tour of Kamaole Sands 4-210 on the covered lanai, as you’ll likely be spending plenty of time out there. It’s furnished with a dining table that seats six and a chaise for stretching out after a day of snorkeling or shopping. The ceiling fan will keep you cool even during the height of summer.
Sliding glass doors connect the lanai to the living area. Furnished in serene neutrals, with a plush sectional sofa you’ll love stretching out on, it’s just the sort of restful space you want to return to after a day on the go. Watch a movie on the flat-screen TV with cable, check your email via the free WiFi, or indulge in a well-deserved nap—you’re on vacation now, so relax however you want.
Behind the sofa is a dining table that seats four, and the kitchen is just beyond. Equipped with everything from a refrigerator/freezer to a blender, a microwave to a toaster, the kitchen can handle a holiday feast as easily as it can a cup of coffee. There’s even a dishwasher—after all, when the beach is merely steps away, who wants to waste time scrubbing dishes? And while we’re on the subject of timesavers, Kamaole Sands 4-210 has its own washer and dryer as well.
The primary suite includes a queen-size bed. Prop yourself up against the plump pillows and watch your favorite late-night programs on the wall-mounted TV, catch up on your reading, or let the gentle breeze of the ceiling fan lull you to sleep. The bedroom has its own private bathroom. There’s a second full bathroom as well, which will come in especially handy if you have additional guests; the sofa opens into a bed for two, enabling Kamaole Sands 4-210 to sleep four people in all.
The pleasures of staying in Kamaole Sands 4-210 extend beyond the lovely unit. When you’re not walking among the palm trees, frangipani, and bougainvilleas of the impeccably maintained grounds, you can splash about in the pool, then dry off on a poolside chaise. Work up a sweat on the private tennis courts or in the fitness center, then treat your tired muscles to a soak in one of the jetted spas. Have a hankering for barbecue? Bring your fresh-caught fish or fresh-from the-market pineapple and jicama to the picnic area, fire up a grill, and feast alfresco.
Just beyond the 11 acres of Kamaole Sands is Kamaole Beach Park III. Sometimes called Kam III, the family-friendly beach boasts soft white sands, a grassy lawn, and a playground for the kids. While snorkeling you’re sure to see turtles and all sorts of fish; while swimming, paddleboarding, or building sandcastles you might view whales among the waves. At least once during your stay be sure to catch the kaleidoscopic sunset over the Pacific; it’s a sight you’ll long remember. By the way, Kamaole Sands has its own equipment rental shop, so you can rent snorkels, boogie boards, and other gear on your way to the beach.
Kamaole Sands 4-210 is also less than ten minutes from the Wailea Gold and Maui Nui golf courses and from the art galleries, ...

We were disappointed in our location onthe property. We would not come again unless we were in bldgs.3, 5,6, or 7. My friend and mysef are both 85 y.o. and being removed from the lovely walkway, grass and gardens was very disappointing. Then being locked out of our unit with all our belongings after special arrangements having been made was very upsetting. We spoke to a representative of maui rentalgrou last Wednesday or Thursday, in plenty of time,as our flight is not until midnite.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was the perfect condo for us. We had a rental car but ended up walking mostly because everything is so close. Beach 3 is right across the road and to us it was one of the best beaches.

This property was clean and in such a wonderful area. The town is super laid back and there is so many food places right on the street within walking distance! Property was perfect size for me and my husband!

Waiting for property management as we had to leave 5 days into our stay due to virus. Government was asking all citizens to come home. Everything in Maui was also closing down so we where limited. Beaches were closed etc.

Pros -location is great, court yard and pool area lovely, concierge services were very good, front desk was very efficient. Air conditioner worked well
Cons- old stained sheets, soiled rugs, Lani onto a busy street, rundown, I understand it is for sale, even scoured a frying pan that was in the cupboard dirty, light bulbs out, master tub drains very slowly, toilet doesn’t flush properly, walls needed washing, dishwasher upper rack hard to move, lani was grimy.

The Condo was clean and easy to access. We enjoyed staying at this property site. Everything was wonderful in the condo. The Bed was extremely comfortable. They had snorkel gear, sand chairs and coolers to take to the beach.
I enjoyed having a washer and dryer. This Condo is amazing.

We were in Maui 8 times and this the only time we were not satisfied. We ask for late checkout and it was impossible. We go 8 times a year for travel and lake checkout is always possible. I have to inform my traveling friends to stay from booking with your company.

We had a great time staying at this property. It was exactly what we needed for our vacation: large sized living room, full kitchen, balcony, bbqs, close to the beach and easy access to restaurants, groceries stores and more.
I would happily stay again!

I enjoyed this condo but there was alot of construction noise going on each day, including the weekend, which made my time on Maui disappointing. I understand that these things may take place, but it lasted most of the day, each day, that and the sound of road traffic, resulted in me keeping the lanai doors closed all the time.
