Beautiful, cozy, private 500 sq ft studio, Beach. Fully furnished, with a Queen bed and a Full size very comfortable sofa bed.
Kitchen has a microwave, sink, refrigerator, 2 burner stove top and small appliances. HD 37' TV With Blue Ray player, AC, wired and wireless internet are included.
The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub. A large walking closet is right across the bathroom.
The studio is attached to the main house where the owners lives but it is very private.
The house has a beautiful yard with a hot outdoor shower.
Included are: Boogie Boards, snorkeling Gears, Beach chairs and towels, 2 Bikes, BBQ and a great exercise area
Washer and Dryer are located on the back of the house.
The beach is great for swimming all year around and surf.

If you want a feel for real Hawaiian living then this is the place for you. I loved the size of the space. Everything you needed was there and Larry was quick to respond to any of your questions or concerns.

What a lucky thing we stumbled on this gem. We have an eight year old and this was a perfect launching point for our family. Easy to snorkel beaches were a couple minutes away and were not crowded; the studio was perfectly outfitted with everything you could need, and Larry was a gracious, kind host. I can’t recommend this place enough. We had a dream vacation here.

Perfect place for small family, the location and amenities (beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, surfboards, body boards, bbq, etc) not to mention the owner,Larry’s, welcoming Aloha spirit, made it feel like a home away from home.

We had a wonderful time staying with Larry and his family on the North Shore near Sunset Beach! The studio was perfect for our needs - full fridge/freezer in the kitchen, Jacuzzi bath tub, and comfy queen size bed. The view from the lanai in the morning was great too! The outdoor shower was a nice way to feel refreshed after an afternoon at the beach. We were regularly greeted with a friendly smile from their sweet pup Luna. We were so grateful to be able to use bikes to ride along the North Shore, snorkel equipment and there was plenty more beach gear for us to use as we pleased. We are so grateful for the kindness and spirit of aloha that was shown to us throughout the trip.

Perfect little studio near the Beach and all the hot spots on the North Shore. Studio has everything you need, grocery store not far away. Were able to borrow beach gear and snorkel equipment which was awesome! The host Larry has thought of all your needs!

We come from one of the top rated beaches in NZ, so it takes a bit to impress us and we were impressed.
Excellent studio apartment, nicely furnished and has everything you need for a stay. The location is great, if you’re into swimming, snorkeling or surfing then this is the place you want to be. 2min walk from the beach, 5min from Sunset Beach, 5min drive from a nice snorkeling beach and then only another 5min from a beach with turtles. Larry is great friendly host, provides good location knowledge and also use of snorkeling gear etc.
Thanks for great stay, we wish it could’ve been longer.
