I loved the condo. Beautiful interior and lovely artwork. I loved being on the ocean and the lanai was my favorite space. It was difficult to leave!

The condo had all the amenities and more. It could use a little more cleaning. One major negative is the contact person's unavailability. She replied to my initial questions three days after I contacted and while there, when we asked a question we never received a reply. The Evolve team must ask her to be more responsive .

Perfect for our family with three boys. A huge sea turtle my boys affectionately named “Jimmy” hung out on our beach the first day we arrived. Great little beach and snorkeling, pool with tons of pool toys, condo had beach toys and umbrellas and everything you need in the kitchen. Super comfy beds. Only missing items were shampoo and conditioner! “Farmer’s Market” store about a block away and has great sandwiches and smoothies. Really just a super special place and highly recommend!

We loved our stay. My favorite place to hang out was the lanai. I saw honus almost everyday. It was great. I loved the artwork and it was a great stay.

We loved our view of the ocean and the surrounding landscape. The whale watching from our balcony was amazing and sea turtles regularly rested on our beach. The complex was very quiet, and we loved being lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean. The unit was very well equipped and met our needs nicely. There is no air conditioning, but there are black out blinds which we made sure were shut in the day while we were out exploring, to block out the sun.

The good news is that the location is great and the grounds were well kept (especially given the age of the property). However, we did experience some unfortunate situations in this unit that were 100% avoidable. Lack of communication from the owner prior to check in regarding the broken washing machine (when we notified the point of contact, the owner reached out and apologized but no recompense was offered--only a solution that we would need to use the laundromat on property); failure to address a major safety concern with the pool (cover on the water intake was missing and had been missing for a couple of months, according to the property manager); and a significant lack of attention to cleanliness of the condo (dirty dishes and silverware in cabinet, dirty refrigerator, dirty shower doors, filthy window louvers, etc.) contributed to a less than desirable experience with this unit.
Despite these challenges, we enjoyed our vacation--it's Maui, after all. We will return to Maui soon, but we will not stay in this unit.

We were very happy staying in this condo and had an amazing week. As noted by others the unit is clean, attractive and well equipped with items needed to prepare meals, visit the beach,etc. To keep the rooms comfortable in the heat, we closed the dense curtains and left some windows open for air circulation while we were out for the day, making the unit very comfortable upon our return. Also there are fans in every single room including kitchen and master bath. Being located literally right on the beach was so awesome! We did need ear plugs in the master room when sleeping because those waves were pretty loud at times ( excellent white noise). We especially loved the proximity to nearby Ka’anapali, Lahaina and Kapalua, plenty of places to explore and great places to eat when we didn’t want to cook. We would happily stay here again!

Older, smaller, much more intimate condo complex compared to the larger places in Kaanapali. The condo building and condo itself have been extremely well maintained. My wife told me every day how much she loved the place. The ocean was rough during our April visit, and so we did not spend a lot of time in the ocean here.

Excellent beachfront property. We had heard other reviews about the lack of AC but with the windows open and fans we didn’t find this an issue at all.
The oceanfront location is excellent, a bit of a walk to most amenities which we didn’t mind but for older guests plan to drive everywhere.

The only negative is that the dryer was broken and we had to use facilities onsite
Otherwise the condo is as it appears. Wonderful views from the deck and big enough for our group of 6. Kitchen is well appointed as well. Maui is amazing and we saw turtles and whales from the deck.
