In addition to our normal full cleaning extra disinfecting includes all highly touched areas such as handles, knobs and switches. This condo has everything you need! 3 portable AC units, one in the living area and one in each of the 2 bedrooms. Great layout with the bedrooms on separate ends of the condo like a 2 master. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a queen and a twin. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Complete full kitchen and bathrooms remodel. Keurig and regular coffee makers. New bedding, glasses, crock pot, etc. We provide a multi-function air fryer that can grill fish wonderfully! (gas BBQ's are not allowed). There is a flat screen in both bedrooms and the living room, with DVD and BlueRay players. Full beach gear, boogie boards, masks, fins, chairs, ice chest, towels. Baby gear includes, pac n play, "umbrella" type stroller, blocks, toys, and baby safety. NOTE: that if any item is deemed to be a safety risk it will be removed. This unit is spacious and very well laid out . The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen very well-stocked . There is no grill on property so cooking is limited to oven and cooktop , not ideal for summer meals . No review of this place could omit mentioning the gorgeous view and lovely setting . It felt very private . I would hesitate to bring small children due to the proximity to the steep cliffs . A little later checkout would be helpful as getting all the towels and linens washed by 10 was rushed and a bit stressful .

We loved our stay here. The apartment had great views and beach access. The pool was a plus for the kids. The location was ideal for exploring the North Shore. A short walk across the lawn and we could watch the sunset over Hanalei Bay. Well equipped with beach and snorkel gear. It would be hard to ask for more!

We love this unit!!!!! We have been there several times. We love the A.C. units, decor, cleanliness and location. The only thing I would suggest would be updating the mattresess in the 2nd bedroom.

Our family had a great time staying here in Princeville! We had amazing views of the sunset each night. We enjoyed a small hike to a hidden beach just down the cliffs. We had all that we needed provided to us to enjoy our time on the beach. We would happily stay here again!

We would do anything to be back there right now! My family of five had a perfect stay! The morning greeting from the Nene was so special. We enjoyed walking around the property and taking in all the views. If we make it back to Kauai we would love to stay at this property again.

Very nice! The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were on opposite sides, each with a private bathroom. It would work for a family with children.
