Quiet Hours: 8:00 pm to 7:00 am - This is of utmost importance as it is a requirement for our Short-Term Rental Permit. Noise carries at night, therefore ALL outdoor activities; including pool use, sitting outside on the patio, having conversations, and music should be brought inside by 8:00 pm.

Parties & Events: Parties, receptions, and events of any kind are strictly prohibited. If you’re looking for a ‘Party House’, this is not the right place for you. Romantic Maui Beach Home is a magical, peaceful, and quiet place.

Smoking: This is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the house or on the covered poolside patio.

Pool: Enjoy our large saltwater pool for your health and enjoyment. Do not permit any use of the pool by unsupervised children.
