This beautiful, private Honua Kai "Penthouse Level" (Konea #814) one bedroom resort view condominium is located at the newest luxury oceanfront resort in Maui. Enjoy all the best amenities in this spectacular resort that has been named one of the best on Maui

This top floor luxury condominium boasts great views and ultimate privacy. No one can see into your suite from outside or from other condos.

You have all new furniture and Bosch applicances. Extensive mirror work throughout the living room, dining room and bedroom adds to sense of openness throughout. There are two flatscreen TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

This is a great choice for couples or a family of four as we have a king bed and a queen sofa sleeper. The bedding for the sofa sleeper is stored in the coffee table in front of the sofa.

Unlike some of the units, there is no direct view into it from other units, so it is very private.

You have your choice of multiple pools, with 'Baja Shelf', water slides. Other amenities include gazebos, cabanas, poolside food and beverage service and more.

Barbeques are conveniently located near the beach side of the resort so you can enjoy your favorite steak cooked to perfection.

The resort charges a $20 per day parking/resort fee which is included in the quote from VRBO on bookings made after January 30, 2019.

There are mulitple restaurants nearby including Duke's Beachhouse Restaurant and Aina Gourmet Market, which are on the property.

Pool towels are left in the room. Please return them. The towels in the pool kiosks are only for those who book through the front desk at a much higher nightly rate.

Fully equipped gymnasiums are available so you don't miss the opportunity to work out if that is in your vacation plan.

If our housekeeping team determines there are excessive cleaning requirements after your check-out, there will be an additional charge deducted from your Security Deposit to cover this extra cost. This is rare because most people treat the condominium as they would their own home, but some do not. Be sure to receive your full Security Deposit refund by treating this condo respectfully. This fee is separate from the Accidental Damage Insurance you choose.

As you know, the weather in the tropics is usually good but is variable. We cannot refund your payment if the weather is inclement.

This is a privately owned condominium, so your communication will be with the owner, not the front desk personnel who only service their higher cost units,

You pick up your room key from the Bell Desk at the KONEA building (North Building). Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 11 am.

Make sure the doors are closed and locked or the air conditioning will not turn on.

THERE WILL BE PAINTING OF THIS TOWER IN DECEMBER 2023 OR DECEMBER 2024. THIS HAS BEEN TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT FOR THE RATES FOR THOSE TIMES. YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE LANAI SO IF THIS IS IMPORTANT, I SUGGEST YOU BOOK ANOTHER UNIT.
