Aloha, we already send our disappointment about the condo after we arrived. You also ask me to send some pictures. I send some pictures as requested to info@vacasa.com but received no reaction. Today you ask me again what I think about the stay. We liked the size of the condo and the many things in the condo. However, we were very disappointed about the quality and the many „heavily overused“ or dirty furniture, carpet, etc. Some examples you can see at the photos. Overall we wouldn‘t have choosen the condo if we had known before. We are also very sad, that we got no reaction or anything to compensate for the situation we found.

The Location was nice to get around the island. The cost was very high to justify this condo. Carpet is disgusting and bathrooms were pretty bad. It basically needs some modernization and would be worth the price.

We liked very much the Resort and its location. But the rate was too expensive for what it was. The carpet was very dirty and the flat needed urgently a total updating and refurbishment....

the cleaning was not great. Hair in the shower etc. It would have been nice to have a few coffee filters in the room.
Otherwise the Reno is beautiful and a fantastic location

The unit has not been updated since it was built. I also think the refrigerator is the original. The property is beautiful and across the street from some great beaches.

The location of the property is excellent. The condo itself could use a bit of updating but for the amount of time we spent in it, it was adequate.

The condo we stayed in was a bit dated, but the location was worth it. Across the street from the ocean and only steps away from a pool or fitness area. It was in a good location in Maui and a good driving distance to a lot of attractions all around the island. Would stay in this area again!

Kamaole Sands is a nicely landscaped property in a good location from the beach and restaurants. This particular condo needs some help. Old, filthy carpet with multiple stains. Could feel the springs of the mattress. Terrible pillows. Condo smelled. TV was ancient. 3 forks in the drawer and one glass that wasn’t a coffee mug. Felt like the bare minimum with owners who are not willing to improve it. They won’t be getting any return renters in this condition. Disappointing after staying in a condo in Napili where the owners made every effort to provide amenities that would make me want to book a return trip.

This place was exactly what I wanted. Across from the beach & walking distance from restaurants & local shops. I will definitely stay at this place again.
