Aloha Guests: Our beautiful island is experiencing wildfires. As with all fires, as time goes by, some things change and some remain the same. Maui is still a magical place to visit, even though Lahaina ( a tourist area) is one of the things that has been changed. Please keep your reservations and come and visit all the other beautiful areas of paradise.
Palm trees swaying, tropical breezes, island birds singing their songs, privacy....All this and the ocean is never more than a few steps away. Stroll the manicured grounds under the shade of the swaying banyan trees. Play a set on the tennis court, take a cooling dip in one of the two swimming pools or relax in one of the soothing hot tubs. The grounds are right across the street from one of Maui's best white sand beaches... ideal for casual strolls, swimming and sunbathing.Our Our condo was just renovated in Our condo was renovated in April 2019. Our goal was to modernize the unit yet maintain a beachy, coastal vibe. We think we accomplished all of that. The renovation included new flooring, new cabinets throughout, granite counter tops, all new GE appliances and, of course, fresh paint. . We also expanded our lanai, and added a king size bed. Both bathrooms are completely remodeled as well.
The Maui Banyan is located in beautiful South Kihei, on the island's south shore. The resort enjoys a prime location and access to adjacent Kamaole Beach II, with it's playgrounds and open green space. The resort's beauty is offset by the towering peak of the Haleakala in the background, which provides cooling shade in the hot afternoon hours, a perfect atmosphere for golf and other activities.
***2020 Covid Update- Your safety and comfort are our primary concern. The condo will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest. Our cleaners are following the CDC guidelines as well as using cleaning procedures set forth by VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Assoc.).They will be wearing proper PPE, using EPA approved products, cleaning and disinfecting all areas including high touch areas. They will also be using an electrostatic fogger. We are doing all we can to protect our guests. However, nothing these days is guaranteed. Therefore, we will not accept any responsibility for anyone contracting the virus and our guests must agree to our "hold harmless" agreement located in the house rules.
