Aloha! Our TWO bedroom, One bath including A/C, piece of paradise is located Ocean Front in Lahaina.
One Bedroom can be set up as a King or T twin XL beds. The other bedroom is a Queen size only. Please make sure to specify which set up you'll need for your stay.
The Condo can accommodate up to 4 Adults plus 1 children ( Under 5 Years of age).
Every person over 5 years of age will count as an adult person for sleeping arrangements.
Only minutes away on foot from award winning restaurants, the classic Lahaina Cannery Mall, and the local favorite Puu Noa (Baby) Beach (5 minutes away).
This condo is a perfect location to walk to The Cannery Mall where Safeway is located and other shops. Nearby there are restaurants such as Mala Ocean Tavern, Aloha Mixed Plate and for entertainment the infamous Old Lahaina Luau.Enjoy watching turtles (honu) feeding on the reef along with tropical fish right off the lanai. Watch the sky light up at sunset while lounging with your favorite beverage by the ocean front pool and experience in the delight of our Lahaina Roads retreat.
Your Ocean front paradise is located on the 3rd floor, corner unit of the complex with granite counter tops in the kitchen & a raised, deep bath/shower and marble tile floors. In addition there is a flat screen TV in the living room and a flat screen TV in a guest bedroom. Bring your laptop and surf the web via our private free WiFi signal, while watching the sunset behind the island of Lanai.
The building is built such that the 2 bedroom units are corner units and extend further out towards the ocean. Because of this, our guests are provided with additional privacy, which is not provided by other units. The corner units also have side windows to enjoy the ocean breezes and views in the living room and kitchen. |

The Hawaii legislature enacted State Law 295, effective November 16, 2006, which prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas and within 20 feet of doorways.
However, there is a small but well maintained garden smoking area conveniently located on the ground floor in the front of the bldg.

The condo was very well-appointed and clean. Parking was covered which was very nice. The pool looked new and there was always plenty of open chairs. We saw many turtles from the balcony during our stay which was a complete surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the month we spent in unit #301. Being an end unit, it has south facing side windows making the space very bright. The west facing oceanfront lanai has incredible views. Everything we needed was supplied in the well equipped kitchen. Beach chairs & towels, boogie boards, coolers and beach toys were also supplied.
A few things to know though is the parking spaces are incredibly tight. You may have trouble with a big SUV. Also the shower/tub, as shown in the listing, is quite high to get into. Would be tough for someone with mobility issues.
Angie & Barry were very responsive to any questions we had and the check in/out process went smoothly. They even arranged a mid-visit cleaning/linen change which we really appreciate.
The location is just north of Lahaina. 5 mins walk to nice restaurants like Honu, Mala, Star Noodle and the Old Lahaina Luau. A few minutes further to the grocery store and Cannery mall. We always walked when dinning in Lahaina which took about 20 mins.

This was the perfect little place for us to call home while we explored. Thank you to our hosts that made us very welcome and had wonderful information about what we could do while we stayed. The location was perfect to be close to what we did and grabbed delicious food! The views topped off the amazing week! We found ourselves looking out the patio constantly. Thank you for our stay!

We loved our stay in this vacation home in Maui! The unit is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator to bring up all your luggage—they even have a dolly to use! The views in this end-unit were breath-taking!! We loved sitting on the lanai to watch whales breach and turtles swim by! The unit was clean and well decorated with ample kitchen supplies! There is A/C in each bedroom and the family room as well as fans in each room. There was a closet full of beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel stuff, beach toys, etc! Of note, the bathroom has a very tall tub that can be slippery, so be sure you are steady on your feet! The only drawback was the parking garage, which has *very* narrow parking spaces—we struggled to park every day in a compact SUV, having to either have the driver crawl through the passenger door vs. all passengers exit before parking. Definitely recommend a small sedan if staying here!
The unit is just 5 minutes from Baby Beach and downtown Lahaina, where all the shopping and delicious restaurants are! The hosts were great—very prompt with their replies to any questions we had.
Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again next time we visit Maui!

Came across the country for first Hawaii vacation and was so thrilled when walked into our condo. It was better than the listing. Kitchen well stocked and enjoyed cooking and eating on the lanai - watching the turtles an even saw a few whales. If ever get back to Maui, would want to stay here again!!! Thx Angie and Barry!

My wife and I loved our stay here! We had the best views of the ocean from this corner unit. We woke up every morning to the waves and the sea turtles. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Maui.

Second time at Lahaina Roads, but first time in 301(2bedroom). Super quiet, but right on the waters edge. Turtles and other sea life 30 feet away. First class Hawaii sunsets, close to town for shops and restaurants. Everything in the room was as advertised, everything you need is in the unit. Responsive and considerate owners who obviously care about their guests. Can’t wait to return.

Can’t get much closer to the water than this condo, you see and hear the ocean from every room! Quiet building, elevator and AC a huge plus for us. Oceanfront pool area, private oceanfront lanai, comfortable beds, easy covered parking and washer/dryer in unit. For us just a bit far to want to walk to historic “downtown” Lahaina district (which is why this property has a quiet neighborhood feel) but quick and easy to drive and park there. Super close stroll to Safeway, Starbucks and Cannery Mall shops plus several nice water front restaurants.

Our deck was 30 feet overlooking the ocean. Sunsets were fabulous! Short walk to restaurants, Safeway market, and shuttles to Kaanapali , Lahaina Harbor, shops, and Restaurants. Beds comfy, kitchen well equipped, air conditioning great, tastefully decorated, nice pool and quiet. Wild rent again.🥰💞

We enjoyed the quiet location, but in walking distance to bustling downtown Lahaina! Great restaurants are even closer than downtown - but our favorite “dinner out was using the BBQ by the pool and watching the sunset! This accommodation was well equipped with everything we needed including boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs and ice chests! Would love to come back again!
