This property was perfect in so many ways! The location is perfect, the views and sunset were beautiful, it’s right on the beach and the unit was so well stocked! There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall beautiful condo and beautiful location.
We had a communication issue when we first arrived. We were able to get in contact with the offsite manager after a couple of phone calls. It took about an hour to actually access the condo. More overall knowledge and communication about the condo would have made this a 5 star stay.

Location great, place a bit older but well taken care off, can’t swim at the beach in front of the condo but easy drive elsewhere and anywhere on the island. We had a great time.

Excellent accomodations in an outstanding location! The beach was a short walk to see sea turtles in the evenings.

The condo had plenty of space for our party of 6 (3 adults, 3 kids) and the ocean and sunset views from the lanais were awesome. The beach in front of the condo was great for morning/evening strolls and whale watching (not the best beach for swimming (murky water) and lots of coral on the beach). The location is convenient to Kihei beaches, Kahului, Paia, and other locations we visited. Overall, the condo could use some updating, but worked very well for us. Ed was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. I'd definitely book this condo again when visiting Maui.

We were so thankful to be able to have an ocean view for whale season. It was perfect to be able to watch the ocean from our room. Even the bedrooms faced the ocean. What a treat. It had a great yard and my husband was able to fly his drone and get some practice with it.

Comfortable place right on the beach, only a two minute walk. Great view of the ocean from the deck. Close to nearby restaurants and activities.

We loved it. Lots of extras not mentioned in the listing such as beach chairs, body boards, flippers etc. Great value for families. Beautiful sunsets and turtles on the beach just past the grassy area.

Nice accommodations for our family of 4 which included 2 20-something’s. Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean. Just a couple miles to downtown Kihei. Coin operated washer/dryer just down the stairs from the condo.

The setting was beautiful. Nice grassy area to beach. Sunsets were fantastic. The building and residents were very quiet. It was close to coffee shop, grocery and main highway (by car). The unit had new kitchen appliances.
However everything else was in need of updating or repair. Very worn kitchen cabinets, sagging cabinet doors, the master carpet was very dirty. The owner told us the front door lock needed repair but we didn’t realize the door would be so hard to open (wife couldn’t get in a few times).

Exactly how it is advertised- the view is amazing. The main bedroom overlooks the pool and hot tub and can be noisy with happy people enjoying the facility
