The 100 plus Sq. foot balcony was expertly tiled in a creative pattern. In 2012 new tile was installed in the interior of the studio adding to the brite cheeriness of the living space. At that time the furniture was also replaced. The chairs around the large table
are comfortable, padded chairs. A beautiful chase lounge and small table was placed near the new switched wall light. We also had an air conditioner installed that can be remotely operated.
The large balcony (over 100 Sq ) can become a second living space with great views of the mountains, canal, golf course, sunset, ocean and Friday night fireworks. There are also gas grills for use on the pool level. There is a car rental company Enterprise, a sundries store located on the 6th level where there is ample washers and dryers coin operated also where the swimming pool and jacuzzi are located with many lounge chairs and great views and a fitness room. The lobby is a great place to relax with your computer offering free wi-fi and free wi-fi within our studio as well.
The Island Colony is located on the 20th floor in the middle of Waikiki on the corners of Seaside Ave and Ala Wai Blvd. Walking distance to everything.
Our studio is furnished with 2 full sized beds, a/c, full sized refrigerator, 1 burner cooktop, 1 burner portable cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and cable TV. We do not provide parking although there is a private parking lot company on the premises and surrounding areas.
