Our two bedroom 3 full bath home can accommodate 6 guests. Our master bedroom is an open-air concept with a private lanai, queen bed, and jacuzzi. The main floor has a large living area, queen Hawaiian futon, dining room, full kitchen, washer & dryer, a walk-in shower, and sauna. The second bedroom has two twin beds, by request can be made into a king, TV and a full separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. Experience fabulous sunsets right from our lanai.
You don't need to leave to enjoy all the ocean activities because they're just footsteps away; bodyboarding, SUP, kayaking, long walks on the coastline, relaxing in the sun, and much more. Papaouli beach house sets back off the main road on a quiet private driveway. This two-story home sleeps 6 people, has 3 full-size bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, jacuzzi, sauna, two T.V's, basic cable and wifi.
This duplex sits off the beach and has manicured landscape that can be enjoyed with a shared briquette BBQ. The views of the ocean & West Maui mountains are breathtaking.
The landscaping between the two properties gives much-needed privacy since we are a duplex.
Enjoy the lush lawns, barbecuing, sunsets and cocktails right from your lanai. The wonderful midafternoon tradewinds & surrounding trees keep everything cool so AC is not required.
There are restaurants, fast food, shops and bars within walking distance. We are located in the heart of Kihei. Golf is about. 8 miles, Maui Ocean center, miniature golf, and snorkeling trips 15 minutes away. Come enjoy Our beautiful beach house with your family, friends, a romantic getaway or a quiet business trip. The evenings under the stars hearing the waves crash along the coast is quite therapeutic, or catch up on your favorite reading.

We were in heaven! We arrived to the sound of surf and cool breezes blowing through the floor-to-ceiling windows. There, on the kitchen table, was a wildly generous gift basket of fresh fruits, chocolates, cookies, jam, and coffee. The kitchen itself was perfectly equipped, including coffee, tea, and spices.
The house ... I can hardly describe how wonderful the house is -- the big decks, the upstairs bedroom with its Jacuzzi tub and surf-and-sunset views, the comfy living room, the privacy-protecting landscaping, and the well-kept lawn that stretches all the way to the sand dunes of Kihei's sweet little beach. It also came equipped with everything we needed. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and more.
We truly felt more like guests than like vacation renters. Thank you, Marti, for your gracious house and your gracious self.
I would just offer one small caveat; If you have mobility problems just know that this house has a LOT of stairs. Its three+ levels are part of its charm, but we got as much exercise walking around inside as we did from walking on the beach.

Our family loved this home! The location can’t be beat! Steps from a beautiful, walkable, swimmable beach; short drive (or walk) to amazing food and shopping, but you get to return to a peaceful getaway. The home is beautiful, warm, and filled with Ohana. The lodging next door appears family oriented and was never loud or intrusive. Whale watching every morning off the upper deck (end of March) and sea turtles every day on the beach. Great alternative to a condo rental. We will be back!!

Wonderful time on Maui! The beach is beautiful, turtles come on shore almost daily, perfect whale watching from the deck, and can’t beat the sunset location. Would definitely stay here again. The house is well kept, comfortable, and all you need for a Maui vacation. Property owners were responsive and helpful.

This has been our best VRBO rental by far. The house had everything we needed down to a full array of spices, towels, chairs, welcome basket etc…I could go on and on. The views are nothing less than spectacular. We had a full moon our entire week and felt like we were going to bed gazing out on a scene straight from the play South Pacific. Nothing short of magical. We saw sea turtles sunbathing on the beach, whales offshore and had the privacy you only dream of. Even the grass is divine…lush, soft and spongy; my daughter was surprised she could walk out on the path to the beach without getting “stickers” as we call them in the Carolinas…AKA sand spurs! The design of the house and the decor is definitely old school Hawaii and harkens back to a simpler time. The large wooden French doors opening to the lanai were stunning and let in the Hawaiian breezes that kept the house cool all day.

Marti was a wonderful host providing information and communicating in a timely manner. The house is set up with everything you need for cooking meals and for spending time on the beach!! We loved the afternoon/evening breeze which really kept the house at just the right temperature when we were there.
