Welcome to your little slice of paradise! We are the new owners of a long-time favorite and previously 5 star reviewed vacation rental (VRBO requires that you start the unit's listing, reviews, and star history from scratch with new ownership). Maui Vista Unit 2419 is a renovated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, loft condo in the heart of Kihei. Located in the Maui Vista condo resort, there are three pools and six tennis courts for you to enjoy, when you aren’t busy at the best beach in Maui—right across the street!
The unit is equipped with queen beds in both the master bedroom (downstairs) and the loft. In addition, a queen-sized pull-out sofa can accommodate additional guests in the living room (recommended for children). Because the condo has two stories, the living room and master bedroom have high vaulted ceilings which add to the condo's spacious, airy feeling. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the living room, which extends to the kitchen and loft. In addition, each room has a ceiling fan and floor fan. On cooler days you can combine the fans with screened windows to enjoy Hawaii's famous trade winds.
If you are planning to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked and includes a coffee maker, blender, and all the plates, bowls, pots, and pans you could need. Master of the grill? There is a BBQ ready for you right down stairs. If you would rather dine out, we are located within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Kihei!
To ensure you, your friends, and your family can enjoy beautiful Maui to the fullest, we provide a number of fun amenities as well, including:

There is also a washer & dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Located on the fourth floor, the building’s elevator makes it easy to bring in luggage, groceries, or just to complete your journey back from a long day at the beach. There is one parking stall provided for use along with the unit and night time security (upon check in, visitors are given a parking pass from the main office; a second parking stall can be rented from the main office for a minimal fee).
Located in the coveted Building Two, the unit is removed from the street and the traffic noise, but still close to the ocean. The crystal clear water & one of the most beautiful beaches (Charley Young/ Kamaole I) is located right across the grab your beach chair and snorkeling gear, and you are there! Cove Park is also steps away to learn how to surf or paddle board.

Our condo was wonderful. It had all the things that we needed in order to make it a wonderful vacation. Matthew and Valerie were wonderful to deal with through the booking/stay. Would for sure stay here again for future visits.

Our stay in Maui was amazing and this condo is the number one reason. I would rate this location more than 5 stars if I could. Close to the beach and shops but tucked away so we didn’t hear traffic noise. Strong breezes and fans kept the place cool so we hardly had to use A/C. Everything you might need is already at the condo, from boogie boards to beach towels and chairs to coolers for day trips or the beach. The hosts were fabulous. They accommodated a special request no problem. Check in and out were smooth. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend.
Rated 4/5 for cleanliness only because this is a beach place and it is nearly impossible to get rid of every grain of sand. The shag rug could use a good scrub. However the condo was clean enough for us. Bathrooms and kitchen were spotless, and the dishwasher and washing machine worked well.

Excellent location-easy walking access to beaches up and down Kehei.
Excellent communication with hosts-easy to deal with and let us stay later than checkout.
Very happy overall.
The only downside would be the soft bed upstairs and the carpet on the stairs and upstairs is in sad shape.

Not a bad deal or place to stay, easy checkin in/out and location isn’t to bad. Walking distance to a beach and food locations, we had a nice time staying here.

Our whole family loved our stay at Matt and Valerie’s condo. It was the perfect location for us; it took minutes to walk to Kam 1 Beach, The Cove for surfing and lots of shops and places to eat. It was a great place to unwind in the evenings. My girls loved staying up in the loft. There was everything we needed in the kitchen from dishes, pots and pans to spices. It was also so incredibly handy to have all the beach gear we needed to enjoy the beach. The property manager and their on the ground contacts were so friendly and incredibly responsive, and they provided quick support for things we needed. They were also very accommodating to us on our last day when we had a late flight! We couldn’t have been happier with our time at Maui Vista. If we come back to Maui, we will definitely see if we can stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Kihei. The building and grounds were beautiful . We did have a peekaboo view of the ocean and were across the street from Charlie Young Beach. The building was quiet with good parking.
Our host was very responsive and sent us help when needed . Keeping the condo cool was a bit tricky but there were plenty of fans to help the air conditioning. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We were very pleased with the supplies provided in the kitchen , bathroom and living room.
The outdoor and beach supplies were very plentiful and in good shape. We would recommend staying there.

Our unit was very, very hot. It’s located on the top floor and even though it’s advertised as having AC the air conditioning does not work well enough to cool the apartment. There are loose tiles in the floor that have been covered up by a rug. For 340 dollars a night this place is definitely a bad deal.

The condo is beautiful and clean. The kitchen is well appointed and you can find all you need for the beach. The exterior is really well maintained and the beautiful beach is just across the street. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Our unit was very, very hot. It’s located on the top floor and even though it’s advertised as having AC the air conditioning does not work well enough to cool the apartment. Exactly as shown in photo's, well stocked with supplies, great location, easy access to local shops for all your needs and wants, but most of all Great Communication. Our flight arrived unexpectedly early, and they were able to accommodate me and my family. Overall Great!!
