B107 is a lower level 1 bedroom ocean view unit just steps away from the breathtaking views of Napili Shores. Newly remodeled kitchen, bathroom, flooring, paint & air conditioning. Our guests make themselves at home with a fully equipped kitchen, so you can enjoy your home cooked meals or a glass of wine on the patio. Soaking up the beautiful ocean views and the surrounding manicured grounds. This unit offers a queen size bed and a sofa which opens up to another queen size bed to sleep two additional guests. This is a great unit to "bring the family" for a vacation they will never forget!
The complex amenities include 2 pools (one of them is solar heated), jacuzzi, and 6 BBQs on the garden grounds. Additional shopping and dining is close in Kapalua, Kaanapali, and, of course, right there in Lahaina Town.

This is our second time staying at this property and it didn’t disappoint! We traveled with our young kids and the proximity of the condo to the beach path is unbeatable. Everything was clean and little touches like the closet being stocked with beach chairs, a few sand toys, a step stool, and basic necessities like dishwasher pods and basic cleaning supplies to get us by made the stay extra convenient and made it feel like home. Our kids loved being right by shuffleboard and the big grass areas to run on. There is a lot of foot traffic but it’s because you’re right on the path to the beach, which to us is ideal. Beautiful unit! Perfect vacation!

As a family of four, we had a lovely stay at the Napili Shores. Proximity to the beach was awesome, and the upper pool and hot tub were great.
The condo unit was good, although beach equipment was lacking (e.g., no beach chairs or blankets) and extra bedding / pillows were limited.
We had a great stay overall!

We have visited Maui many times over the last 25 years and love Napili Shores. The first 4 or 5days we had some issues with noise from a hot water heater at the back of the unit. The resort got it repaired as quickly as they could; not something the unit owner had control over. We did read in other reviews that the Lanai was close to the sidewalk but we were surprised at just how close it was. People were coming and going from the parking lot, the beach and the restaurant all day. They would comment on the books we were reading, that’s how close people were.
We had booked a three week stay and fully expected to have to do a bit of housekeeping ; but there was nothing but an old broom without a dustpan! If you don’t care about privacy, this is your place.

This unit is centrally located in the Napili Shores courtyard and the Lenai faces views of the ocean from two angles. It is very close to the beach access gate and right on the path to The Gazebo Restaurant which means it's a busy location. If you are looking for privacy, this is not the unit for you. We did enjoy the people-watching with our one-year-old son. As other reviewers mentioned it could use some condo updates. The towel rack was broken and one of the electrical outlets for a lamp was falling apart so I tucked the lamp in the closet. The closets were a bit full of random items and not easy to access when babyproofing. I think this unit was a great choice overall!

We enjoyed our stay at Napili Shores . The location is great, easy beach access and enjoyed using the swimming pool and hot tub, and snorkeling. The place was lovely, clean and well stocked kitchen. Would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! The owners allowed use of their boogie boards, chairs and snorkel equipment, which was most appreciated. The pull-out couch in the front room was comfortable and the TV worked great. The garbage disposal wasn't working but that seems like it would be an easy fix. Overall it was a lovely stay. Communication with the property owners was prompt. Thank you!

The unit is nice, floors and cabinets are definitely updated, but there were just a few things that made it seem mid-renovation, like a towel bar in the bathroom that was falling off when we checked in and looked around. A combo of dust/dirt/mold on the louvered window sills in the bedroom (expected with the humidity in the tropics and maybe I’m the only one tall enough to see?) and there were pieces of renovation materials in cabinets and drawers throughout the unit. There also was no functional broom, which is a necessity with the proximity to sand, but I found a broken handle and a broken dust pan in the back of the closet with a bunch of framed wall paintings. The pull out sofa felt like one and there were no extra blankets. Minor issues and nothing that outshone our experience.
The location was fabulous for ease of beach access, but, as the closest unit to the public walkway between the parking lot/beach access/Gazebo restaurant, anytime we utilized the patio, we were socially tasked with greeting everyone passing by (starting at 6:30 am and not ending until after dark). It would have been awkward not to make eye contact and give a head nod because of how close they were. If you like people watching, it’s a dream. If you are easily distracted by conversations outside, it may not feel like a restful experience. The location of Napili Shores is perfection and we found ourselves utilizing all of the property’s amenities. We will be back
