Third floor corner unit at Vista Waikoloa. Private lanai with beautiful views of Mauna Kea, Moana Loa and Hualalai mountains plus A Bay beach palm trees and ocean. In the winter months you can see the snow capped mountain top of Mauna Kea while sitting in the tropical heat on our Lanai and viewing the sunset, it is an exotic view. Our condo is light and airy with a large wrap around lanai on 2 sides, the perfect place for meals or just sitting and relaxing in the tropical atmosphere.
The master suite features a luxurious California King bed and elegant Hawaiian inspired décor, ample cupboard space and a full ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and island style décor. Both bathrooms are newly renovated with granite counter tops and large walk in showers. Our kitchen has been remodeled with granite bench tops , new French door refrigerator and freezer , new cook top and all the appliances you will need. A new AC unit provides quiet cooling throughout. The lounge and indoor dining area is spacious with stylish Hawaiian inspired décor, a flat screen TV and wireless Bluetooth music system. The huge lanai has table and chairs for 6 people and 2 loungers for relaxing and enjoying the view complete with candles for evening atmosphere. Our condo has been refurbished with tile floors throughout to give it a clean , cool island feel. Beach chairs, toys and towels are provided. Recently upgraded internet to high speed 300 mb/s suitable for working remotely. Fold out desk also provided! The condo equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay - whether a romantic getaway, family vacation, adventure trip, E301 is the perfect slice of paradise on the Big Island! Enhanced cleaning practices for optimum safety during COVID are being followed.

This condo is beautiful. We had to stay longer in Waikoloa because I had wrist surgery up in Waimea, (fractured wrist)
The unit was quiet with a partial view of A-bay. We had no problems and enjoyed walking to the beach everyday. The unit was well laid out.
The instruction booklet could use updating with exact instructions for the TV/remote usage and the new induction cooktop. However, the island manager was responsive and eager to help when we had questions.
We would stay here again.

This was our second stay in this condo. We really like the size and how it is set up. The outdoor space is the best for us as we like to be outdoors most of the time we are in Hawaii, and this condo has a very large lanai that is sheltered from the often windy Waikoloa winds.
The only thing I would mention is to be aware of the clothes dryer- it has a tendency to try to eat clothing items. It appears as if the seal around the door has a spot where items can catch and get caught, so just be aware of that, and if you have something delicate or special, you may want to hang dry.

Large open concept condo with many upgrades, and panoramic view through 2 glass walls with sliders. 2nd bedroom with twin beds has sliding 3 panel wall to fully separate the space.
Gated community with elevators to access upper floors. Every detail was covered. Would absolutely stay here again

The resort was located some distance from Kona, but had all the amenities of restaurants, grocery stores and numerous shops. It was situated close to various beaches and points of interests which we were able to drive. The property management were fabulous and accommodated all of our requests. The condo was well equipped, and the one bedroom as described had two separate single beds, which were comfortable. It would be nice if the two single beds could be changed to a queen. Other than that we enjoyed the condo location since it was close to all the amenities of Waikoloa Village.

Very nice condo with everything we needed for our vacation. The location is amazing, between A Bay and Waikoloa. Beautiful panoramic view from the lanai volcano to the bay. Great walkable shortcut to Abay and a beautiful beach walk. Clean and well stocked. When we return, we’ll book here again!

The property surrounding Vista Waikoloa is immaculate. It’s just a short walk to the beach access at the Marriott, and is very close to shopping and as well as food options.
The location is also easy access (15-20 min drive) to several beaches in the area.
The unit was perfect for us having a washer/dryer as well as full kitchen. The sunrises and sunsets on the balconies are hard to beat.
I would highly recommend this place.

This condo is beautiful and located in a great location for your Kamuela/Waimea/Kona vacation. The space is well-planned and open, with a lot of lanai space. The neighborhood has lots of places to wander and explore as well. Well-stocked with supplies for the beach. Convenient elevator and parking. Perfect for a small family.

Family of 4 adults, stayed 6 days, very clean and spacious. Great views from large balcony. Nice to have full kitchen and utensils too cook meals and a washer/dryer after day at beach. Would love to stay again if visiting Waikoloa.
