By law, the property cannot have other tenants during the 30-day term covered by this Agreement, but of course you may leave before the full 30 day rental period.

Experience a taste of 'Old Hawaii' flanked by the legendary shores of Waimea Bay, Banzai Pipeline, and Sunset Beach. This small section of coast with rock, sand, and coral outcrops, is so spectacular it has been protected by the State of Hawaii as a Marine Life Conservation Area. A bonus is gourmet food truck court within easy walking distance.
THE HOUSE has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an elevated porch with sweeping ocean and sunset views. You will immediately relax in an open airy floorplan. Enjoy the stereo, and cable-equipped big screen TV with DVD. The fully appointed kitchen has granite countertops and facing barstools so you can talk with family and friends as you open a bottle of wine, prepare gourmet meals, or simply throw burgers on the BBQ. The master suite has a king size bed; second bedroom has a queen; and the third has two single beds.
CENTRALLY LOCATED. If you've been to the North Shore before, you'll know why return visitors want to stay in this neighborhood. Snorkeling at Shark's Cove is a 3 minute walk. Breathtaking Ke Iki beach is a 4 minute walk. We are at the south end of a 3 mile bike path which takes you past Pipeline (1 mi.), and Sunset Beach (2 mi.) In the morning, walk 2 blocks along the bike path to the Coffee Bean, or stop at the adjacent Foodland Supermarket.
Drive south for 10 minutes and you find quaint and historic Haleiwa Town with its many restaurants, art galleries, and surf shops. Go north 10 minutes for world class golf at Turtle Bay Resort, or continue around the point to the windward side of the island and the Polynesian Cultural Center. As you explore this part of Oahu, you'll see why locals call the North Shore 'Country,' but driving time to Honolulu Airport is only 45 minutes, and Waikiki is 1 hour.

Perfect North Shore location, walking distance to many places. Enjoyed sunsets and ocean views from the deck. Great home for up to 6 people, everything was provided.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great house within walking distance to some of the best snorkeling and beaches on the island. We cooked many nights. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked with everything you needed to cook. Grill was clean and ready to go. Would stay again!

I was born and raised here on the North Shore so of course I'm going to praise the location. However, I overlooked the part where there was no AC on the property. It's like that for majority of houses on the island. So open windows and turn on the fans. Also, check the cabinets before you go to the store (Foodland). There is a collection of sunscreen in the guest bathroom closet.

Let us start with kudos to Nick (owner) who got a carpet cleaner out the 2nd day of our stay. Upon arriving the source of the odor was easy to locate in the front bedroom. We checked the other b/rms and found hair in the sheets and the soiled twin comforters. We stripped the beds and began laundering the bedding. Used towels were left behind a door, so we washed towels, too. After notifying Nick, the woman who cleans for him arrived. We cannot convey how incredulous we were as she insisted, “Urine, no. I don’t smell anything”. It was late evening before we had clean beds and could settle in. We were gone most of each day, but upon returning in evening, the urine odor (amplified by the hot house with no a/c) met us at the front door. The carpet solution helped only temporarily & the odor returned as the carpet dried. But most troubling is the denial by the woman in Nick’s employ. In gaslighting us, she not only did a disservice to us, but also to Nick. Euphemistically speaking, it was not an enjoyable stay, so it’s difficult to extoll good aspects of the property. As we were loading the vehicle to leave, a different cleaner arrived. We told her that we had already stripped the beds, gathered all the towels and started a load for her. We also took her into the urine bedroom where she exclaimed “Ohhh” that’s bad! I can see the spot!” Apparently, she was not coached to deny the obvious. We've been using VRBO for a few years now, this was our only disappointing experience.

The property layout, location, and supplies were perfect for our family needs. All six of us, ages 1 a 58, found the home to be big enough to have family meals together as well as quiet individual time on the deck or roof top. Loved it…!

This was by dar our best VRBO experience ever! Nick has created a tropical oasis. The second floor lanai was perfect to watch new years eve fireworks. We walked to Keiki beach and sharks cove. We had our own tidal pool to play in as well. I could not have asked for anything else. This experience is a 10 out of 10.

The house is as perfect for my family. Our age ranges from 1 1/2 years to 54 and all of us were very comfortable. The house was very comfortable and you didn’t get the feeling that you were a guest at someone else’s home, felt like our home. Having Sharks Cove, Foodland, and food trucks within a :5 min walk is definitely a plus. My wife and I look forward to staying there again.

We had a wonderful relaxing time. We had a vacation for an extended family of five. Everything was exactly as the pictures shown. Being so close to Shark”s Cove was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was the perfect set up. Our first time staying on the North Shore and staying here was the perfect spot! We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this vacation house.
