Aloha and welcome to our posting! Our beautiful and newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house in Puamana was designed to have plenty of space for up to eight guests to enjoy our favorite place on earth – Maui!
The quick pitch: The house is brand new, spacious, great central AC, big and fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan, private outdoor lanai (that’s Hawaiian for patio!), great BBQ, SONOS sound system, speedy wifi, is perfect for hosting a family or big group of friends, and is in a five star location for activities and good weather.
The House:
From the front door you’ll find the foyer. The stairs to the right will lead you up to the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor, to the left is the downstairs bathroom followed by the entrance to the open kitchen, which looks out over the living room.
The living room is designed to be functional with an in-door, out-door flow, opening up to the lanai and the beautiful views of the Puamana grounds just beyond it. It features a large sleeper sofa, big table for indoor dinning, brand new 54” flat screen with apple tv, and has a pull up bar to the kitchen that’s perfect for serving hungry kids or thirsty adults!
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need: subzero refrigerator, sink with disposal, oven, stove top, dishwasher, and all the necessary dishware. Combine all of this with the new BBQ outside and you’ll find it's nice and easy to whip just about anything up. The house is meant to host and spend time with loved ones, and we built the kitchen accordingly!
Next up is the lanai! Whether it’s time for your slow morning coffee, a midday meal, or cocktail hour, outside on the lanai is the place to relax and hangout. The lounge chairs are a book worm’s dream and we’re lucky to be perched up on a small hill, offering a great view of the tropical trees and grassy field below. Additionally, the outdoor dining table (and its BBQ sidekick!) is perfect for sharing the good times, good meals, and good weather that make Maui so special.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom with a double shower (great for small kids or husbands that don’t share well!) and plenty of space to get ready for the day. You’ll wake up each morning to the sunshine coming through the coconut and plumeria trees right outside the huge window that overlooks Puamana and offers a peek-a-boo ocean view.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and also overlooks Puamana’s beautiful grounds and a similar peek-a-boo ocean view. This bedroom and the third bedroom share the exterior full bathroom on the second floor.
The third bedroom has two twin beds and a lovely view of the ever-spectacular west Maui mountains. However, these two beds can be converted to a king! Yes, I had my suspicions too, but the beds are designed to be pushed together and combined with a special mattress topper. When it’s on you really can’t tell the difference!
Beware - all of the beds in the house are very comfy and all of the bedrooms have their own, dangerously good central AC for those 80+ degree Lahaina nights. What is more, all of the rooms have doublepaned windows and great blinds for keeping noise and sunshine out and cool air in. We took great pride in sparing no expense for comfort, however, some of us now have a hard time getting up in the morning!

This property was excellent for our group of 5 adults and 2 children. The outdoor space was excellent for the two kids to have running around room and for gecko viewing! The two close pools for families were a wonderful place to hang in the afternoon and were clean and welcoming. The refrigerator was ample and beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here if we return to Lahaina.

We had such a great time! The location is perfect! A short walk to Front Street shopping and restaurants, 20 minutes to Kaanapali for more restaurants, shopping and beaches, 30 minutes to the aquarium and lots of excursions and 5 minutes to amazing surfing and beach parks. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of room for my 5 tall adult sons, my hubby and 2 women. The lanai was a favorite morning and night. The birds, chickens, lizards, geckos and the friendliest cat kept us all entertained along with cards, games and a good speaker system to play some music. The kitchen is well appointed but could use some more eating utensils. The bbq is also quite small for 8 - more like 3-4 ppl. We also had a few minor breaks downs but Patrick was SUPER responsive and took care of them immediately. Some toiletries like at a hotel would be helpful when first arriving but we took advantage of grocery delivery which was fantastic! All in all, this was a great spot and we highly recommend it. We will be back!

3 good size rooms, top loader laundry machine, beautiful patio with lots of beach going equipments, and AC/fans in each rooms and living room. Location is close to a pool. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay!

Patrick was a great host. Responded promptly. VRBO was one of the best places I stayed at. Super clean. Very convenient. Even has a private beach while still being close to touristy things to do.

We all enjoyed this townhouse very much. Beautiful property,, great location and close to beach. A few minor things. Nothing too serious.
Front not easy to get used to, not very user friendly. Could not get the main TV to work and upstairs TV was very limited. No big deal , because we were very busy seeing all the sights. Would definitely rent again. Very comfortable.

This property has great amenities, beach, pools, tennis court, pickle ball court, clubroom with a library and lots of grassy green area for family play. The condo itself also has lot of stuff for play including surf board, bogie boards and sand toys for little kids. The lanai is spacious and perfect for big family gathering, we had 3 other families staying in the same sub division. Patrick, the host is very responsive and friendly.

Remodeled with great taste and high-end finishes and appliances this home is very comfortable for up to 6, plus 1 if you’re willing to sleep on the couch. AC in each bedroom and the living area meant it was always comfortable. The main road thru Lahaina is close but only one bedroom faces that and they never complained about it, that room has the best view actually! A lovely well appointment patio makes for nice outdoor time, plus the large lawn area off the patio is great for the kids to run. Close to the kids pool which is awesome. The saltwater pool down by the ocean is really nice. We will return to this property next time we visit Maui!

We really enjoyed our stay had great family time. Property is located in one of the best areas in Maui/Lahaina and in well maintained resort - with multiple pools, club room and nice private beach access. Its very close to Lahaina shopping, restaurants and beach activities. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Morning Coffee with views of Lanai and short walk to the beach was amazing. We look forward to come back again.

We enjoyed our stay very much in the Puamana community - the location and grounds are pristine and well maintained. The three pools are all located in easy to access places around the property. The beach access is limited and rocky but fine to swim and hang out at. Patrick was quick to respond to a couple issues we had with the unit at the start of our two weeks and everything was fixed the next day. There were a few times we felt not as welcome in settings by pool or clubhouse/library by existing members of the Puamana community. There are lots of rules to follow but the guest book lays it all out for you to follow. I would stay at Puamana in this condo again. Be sure and check out the sunsets out by the clubhouse.

Very nice location and extremely nice owner. We expected a four bedroom house. It was only three bedrooms with a hide-a-bed in the living room, but everything else was perfect.

Overall a very good experience. We’ve stayed in Puamana previously and love it although this stay we definitely felt some unwelcome vibes from owners, like we were intruding on their territory.

Great location, driving distance to everything you need. We came post heavy storm and there were a few things that needed to be addressed at the property. Patrick was quick to respond and mitigate the concerns. Excellent time for me and my family. 🤙🏼
