Beach information:
Don't forget to check out the daily beach access status, as the seasonal ocean current changes can affect the size and appearance of the beach directly in front of the resort. During the fall and winter, it's not uncommon that these currents sweep away a large amount of sand that gradually returns in spring & summer, based on the ocean’s current activity and our island weather pattern. This circumstance affects our guests' accessibility to the beach. When the resort access is closed, public beach access is within 5 minutes walking distance.
*Please note that a resort-wide spalling repair is underway, but rest assured that rates have been discounted to reflect this impact. So don't wait, book your stay now and experience the best of Maui's high-end vacation rentals. They're working on various lanais around the resort until at least January 2025. Can’t say enough about the Royal Kahana 610. Amazing views from huge well appointed balcony and the floor to ceiling windows. Condo was in good condition. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. The Hawaii Life Stice Team were great to communicate with. The Royal Kahana staff were all very friendly and helpful. Pool and grilling area was well kept and the pool temp was great!

Very nice interior condition. Overall property is showing the miles. Pool not much. We went to the Hyatt and got a day pass to their pool. Also, they were doing construction work all day we heard the jackhammers.

Absolutely beautiful, would highly recommend this rental. The view is gorgeous, we sat on the large balcony each morning and evening. Saw whale spouts all over the place. Turtles just off the shore. The place is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. We would definitely rent again.

The location of this unit was great with a large balcony that overlooked the ocean and we were able to see whales almost constantly. Unit was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. Building renovations were going on during our stay but was not an issue for us. Only issue we had was the washer was not working and could not be fixed while we were onsite. Was a little bit of an issue since we were on the tail end of a 2 week trip but we managed without it

This was my second visit to the same property and unit with my sister. The updates in the interim 2 yrs were noted and much appreciated. This was the perfect 'base camp' for our daily adventures around Maui. My sister and I highly recommend this property and unit.

Our Third stay at this condo and have referred friends. The best way to feel like you’re living in Maui is away from the crowded resorts at your own private “home”. Fully equipped and well maintained this will not disappoint. Mahalo again Tim!

What a beautiful condo. The layout was perfect. Basically 2 king suites and another 1/2 bath in the living area, so it was perfect for 2 couples with extra room for a couple more people if needed. Oceanfront view was amazing. Great location if you like a relaxed vacation. Several restaurants within walking distance. A few shops as well. Will definitely come back!

Views from this condo are incredible - amazing sunsets, and we saw sea turtles from the balcony at least 20 times. Great location on the island - easy walk to snorkel rental and a few shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to Lahaina. Some casual restaurants with great views we enjoyed just a short drive away: The Gazebo, The Sea House, The Beach House. We also had a great time snorkeling just a short drive away at Slaughterhouse Beach (weird name but beautiful beach). Cold filtered water in the lobby for filling up our water bottles was great, too.

We stayed with our adult children in this lovely condo. The patio was great with amazing views of blue water and sea turtles. We enjoyed the beach and pool. The condo was well appointed. The air conditioner in the master was lacking, but there were fans available, so we just put it in front of the door and took air from the living room, which was quite cold. We enjoyed this property and would recommend with hesitation.
