My husband and I traveled with our 18 yr old daughter and 20 yr old son. We had a fabulous vacation on Kauai! The house was perfect for our stay…. Very clean, had everything we needed! Loved having the bikes! The homeowner was very responsive and a detailed communicator! Highly recommend. The location is perfect. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

From reading the wonderful reviews, we had certain expectations for the accommodations. We were not disappointed. Views were lovely, our Host was responsive and welcoming, and the area was highly desirable. But it was the little things that I had not expected….the vintage vinyl collection from the 50s, 60s, and 70s…..the awesome shower with great pressure and temperature that didn’t run out…..the chickens that ignored the daybreak rule on crowing. Thank you for a memorable visit to the Garden Island. The Princeville Botannical Garden and chocolate Tour on Valentines Day was really good.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here at this terrific Princeville home. House was stocked with everything you could imagine from kitchen items to beach supplies. House was clean, charming and the host was super responsive and helpful. We feel really lucky to have had the opportunity to stay at such a beautiful home on Kauai and hope to return.

My husband, myself and our two adult kids stayed at the house for the Christmas holiday. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, which is what we like. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. We had everything we needed for the beach too. The view from the deck was wonderful and a great place to drink a cup of Kona coffee. Hannah was fantastic to work with. She went out of her way to find out what was going on for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Princeville. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath upstairs and a full studio downstairs. 4 of us travelled together and enjoyed all of the amenities. We rode bikes, used cooler and beach chairs, and had access to everything we needed. Thank you for this awesome stay.

This home is absolutely breathtaking with the views & inner ambiance. There is plenty of space & every bonus feature you can imagine. From bikes to snorkels to kitchen appliances, this place has it all. The backyard had avocados & oranges just falling out of the trees. The neighbors are very close since it is a close knit neighborhood. I loved just relaxing on the porch with the Mountain Views. I highly recommend walking/biking to Anini Beach. It’s close and you can walk down a trail right to the beach. Hannah’s communication is excellent. I highly recommend this spot!

This home was a great fit for our family of six, which included 4 children. The location allowed us to use it as a home base as we explore the local hikes and beaches. The house was clean and everything available for your stay (kitchen well appointed and lots of beach gear (snorkels and boogie boards and bikes).
The communication with the host was great and offered wonderful local recommendations!

Hannah was a great host! The house is fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Having use of the bikes and snorkel gear in the garage was a huge benefit for our active family. The view is phenomenal! One of my daughters slept on the lanai since her room was very warm at night. She loved that experience. The location is perfect for all the North Shore adventures nearby. This was such a pleasant place to unwind after adventuring all day. We really loved having dinner on the screened lanai every night and just hanging out. We ate avocados and oranges from the trees and played in the huge yard.

This is the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. We had a group of 5 who comfortably fit in the property. The house is absolutely beautiful, high ceilings in the living room and spacious kitchen with every appliance and cooking need your can think of (even a ninja blender!). The house is decorated so well, with hawaii themed paintings all over the house- fun to look around! The property is beautiful, we even found an avocado tree and a family of chickens living in the surrounding trees. The beds are comfortable, showers have great pressure, and all soaps/shampoos/etc are provided. One of my favorite parts was the garage- has five bikes available to ride (we rode them down to the Hanalei farmers market, they were great even for the incline on the way back), boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella, straw mats, coolers for the beach, etc. Every single need covered.
The lack of air conditioning for our stay in April was NOT a problem. We loved keeping the windows open (all their windows have netting so bugs do not get inside) and having a nice breeze flow through!
Communicating with the host was very easy and straightforward! They were always available by message with quick response times. This house is a true gem, I hope to be able to visit it again myself.

We loved this home as it felt like we were secluded although we had neighbors nearby. It was clean, spacious, had a beautiful view of the mountains and was near the beautiful town of Hanalei.
