Welcome to your ocean-view beach villa, where privacy and beauty come together in a breathtaking setting. The property features serene koi ponds with waterfalls, a lagoon pool with a sandy beach for children, an infinity lap pool, and multiple hot tubs. Relax at the outdoor bar with cable TV while enjoying cocktails and unforgettable sunsets. Lush landscaping with vibrant flowers, palm trees, and natural stone accents enhances the luxurious, oceanfront experience.
Your three-bedroom villa is designed for comfort and elegance, featuring a ROY YAMAGUCHI Signature Kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, including a Subzero refrigerator, Wolf stove, and wine cooler. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes two twin beds. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The lanai serves as your private outdoor living space with stunning Pacific Ocean views. For outdoor cooking, Wolf grills and picnic tables are available by the pools. A Bosch washer and dryer are included in the unit for your convenience, allowing you to pack light. You have the option of centralized air conditioning or opening the lanai doors to enjoy Oahu’s fresh ocean breezes.
As a guest, you will have access to all resort amenities, including a spa with a sauna and steam room, a fitness center, and more.
The Beach Villas provide 24/7 front desk assistance, and I am always available should you need anything.
Parking: One parking stall is allocated to the villa. Additional parking is subject to resort availability and incurs a fee of $25 per reservation, charged directly by the resort.
Optional Services (Upon Request): Mid-stay housekeeping and babysitting services provided by a First Aid and CPR-certified family member. Please inquire for rates and availability.

Amazing complex with wonderful pools, bar service and access to lagoon. Quick check in at resort and was greeted by property manager that took us directly to our unit to show us around. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook as well as several outdoor grills. Beds were comfortable and plentiful towels and beach items. Management is very responsive. Highly recommend this unit.

Absolutely wonderful - - from the moment we arrived. The emails were very helpful, including all rules and maps. The unit was spectacular - - exactly what we expected from all of the photos. The outside space even topped the vision we had in our mind. Beautiful landscaping. Wonderful sand. Super easy access to both the pools, beach, and walking cemented path. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was beautiful with a beautiful view. It was well stocked with everything you need: cookware, spices, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler. Having the lagoons made me feel safe to enjoy the beach and swim in the water. The pools were wonderful too. Great place for a family vacation. I would certainly recommend staying here.

The property management were very accommodating. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! Beach chairs, towels, beach toys, assigned parking spaces, breathtaking views..I could go on and on! Use of wolf grills was a pleasant surprise! Staff was extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

My husband and our adult children plus new grandchild had a great stay here! We will be back! There was plenty of room for all of us and the condo is big enough for the baby to be asleep and for all of us to have a good time out in living room without waking the baby.
The view is amazing to wake up to and the grounds of the resort are beautiful! The lagoon is a great place to float around and see the occasional turtle. Target, Costco, and Safeway are 10 minutes away in case you need anything! There is an ABC store and a great coffee shop within walking distance. I can’t safe enough nice things about this condo, it really is great!

We had a wonderful time in Ko Olina, our family of 7; 4 adults and 3 young people (ages 15,13 and 10) had everything we needed to make it a perfect family vacation! With sufficient space and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

We had an absolute blast during this vacation. The location is amazing and literally steps to the beach. The pools were fun and the koi pond was so peaceful. The Starbucks cart in the lobby was also such a nice surprise . The condo was beautiful and exactly what we needed. There was 5 adults, 2 kids and one baby. We all fit. The condo has everything you need. A pack and play, a blow up mattress, a washer and dryer, a cooler to take to the beach, beach chairs & toys, snorkels, Tupperware, a volleyball, beach towels, games & an entire closet of first aid. We did notice a few extra bugs, more than we were comfortable with so we reached out to the property owner, the woman who had met us to sign in and the people in maintenance. It was a one day ordeal which was annoying because we had to stay out for majority of the day and we kept getting different info from different people but overall it was perfect

Our family had a wonderful stay in this unit. It was conveniently located on the island and we felt safe on the property allowing our children to have a little more freedom. The unit was very clean and orderly. We had everything we needed (Beach towels, snorkles, etc). We will absolutely come back to this location and this unit!
