Papakea G306 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom remodeled condo that sleeps up to seven guests. This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking meals. The kitchen features updated appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinets and lighting. Entertainment includes a flat screen television in both the living room and master bedroom, equipped with cable. Complimentary WiFi is also provided. Stay cool with split A/C in every room!
The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed and remodeled en suite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has both a Queen size bed and Twin-size bed. In the living room, you will find additional sleeping; a Queen size sleeper sofa with an 8 inch memory foam mattress. The guest bathroom is remodeled and has an additional shower, perfect for groups and families! This condo also has a private washer and dryer for added convenience.
Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'anapali Beach and features 13 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, 2 salt water swimming pools, 2 large spas, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts and 2 lit tennis courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24-hour front desk with plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, farmer's market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Each evening, tiki torches light up the property for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance.
Papakea is an ocean front resort but there is no beach access directly in front of the resort. There are many beaches walking distance and just a short drive are many of our top Maui Beaches! Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property.
Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.
**Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.

Beautiful property, excellent location. It was a joy to stay here. Here’s the real deal: I booked the VRBO and sent it to my teen girls (harshest judges of literally anything). The were overwhelmed when we arrived and couldn’t stop texting their friends how awesome the place was. My wife and I agreed and can’t wait to come back! Thanks ❤️

The lanai was lovely, but the rest was good /ok. Something’s need updates. Lose plumbing in the shower, thinning sheets on the bed. The condo was very well stocked. We enjoyed our stay

We have stayed at Papakea 3 times in the past 18 months. The resort itself is incredible, but this condo just needs a little help. It was not clean at all, the linens (including sheets) were stained and / or ripped, the A/C unit in the living room didn’t work, and the place overall just needs a bit of a facelift, and definitely a deep clean. There was dust on fixtures that had been there for several months. My Perfect Stays was fair about giving a small refund for the place being in such bad shape, but this review is for future stayers as much as anyone else.

Great condo, beautiful grounds, and friendly staff. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed the amenities. Wish it had a sandy beach, but that was close by. Loved having ABC store accross the parking lot. The food trucks were a quick walk for all sorts of food choices.

The property was very clean and well kept. The staff was very nice. All of the beds were horrendous. The sofa bed was supposed to be a NEW 8” memory foam mattress, but I had a spring in my hip the entire time. The sofa wasn’t comfortable itself either. Parking is also very inconvenient for people with disabilities.

Beautiful property. Spacious condo. The kitchen was well stocked so we did quite a bit of cooking. The pool was a perfect temperature, the sunsets colorful. Great location. We hope to stay here again!

Check was a breeze even after hours as our flight arrived after 11pm. Place was very clean and well stocked. Four beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, towels, etc all available. Perfect view from the lanai for sunset. Beautiful resort with well kept grounds and pools, bbqs for cooking, putting green. Would stay here again for sure.

This wonderful condo is located in an incredibly beautiful resort! My family really enjoyed our stay at Papakea G306. Whether we were out exploring the island all day-or- spending time at Papakea with all the outdoor amenities/games/pool—this condo was so relaxing to come home to. We had a fantastic view from the lanai of the ocean and impressive sunsets each night. I enjoyed my coffee and breakfast on the lanai each morning. Our older kids liked having the two separate beds in the second room for their own space and having their own bathroom. Comfy furniture and beds, great kitchen, plenty of space, games, beach chairs/ towels/ cooler/ umbrella… We couldn’t have asked for anything else. Thanks for sharing your condo with us and we will be back!

Unit G306 was perfect for our family. It was stocked with plenty of towels and even had coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. We also had a beautiful view of the resort, ocean, and sunset. We would definitely stay here again!
