Our corner 2nd floor unit affords the best views in the complex. Our side window looks down the beach and our front beachfront view is only about 20' away from the sand. There is no unit closer to the beach than ours.
We have a 2016 Prius that is available for you to rent from us for your stay.
$60/Day total.
Our unit is NOT stripped out of the sugar, salt and pepper like most other rental units, but is left stocked with spices, drinks, and left over adult beverages from us and previous guests.
We have a Vizio 42' HD TV in the bed room and a new 55' Samsung Smart HD TV in the living room. Enjoy your Netflex or Amazon Prime video on our smart TV. In case business calls, we leave a HP 4-in one printer to hook up to your lap top. Free Wi-Fi for your use....etc....
We are consistently less per night that other units. Our maid comes in when you leave to clean for the next guest. This is our home away from home that we use consistently.

I’ve stayed in Kihei so many times I can’t count them all and this condo had one of the best locations I’ve ever stayed in. Our host was super easy to deal with and the condo itself was perfect for two adults looking for a getaway. Highly recommend.

Amazing location, couldn't be any closer to the beach. Sunsets from the lanai are breathtaking and the whales are often part of the show at the same time.
Great condo, we have already booked it again for next year. :)

My wife and I spent 8 nights in this great condo with an amazing view and perfect location. We had quick and easy access to anything in Kihei of course but its also easy to get anywhere on the island from here. This property provides a beautiful beach with daily views of the Maui sunset which left of with many great memories.

The Hale Pau Hana is a wonderful facility in Kihei, and Les' condo here is fantastic. The unit is on the second floor and has a great view of the beach directly in front of the facility. The availability of the boogie boards, floats, fins, and a fully equipped kitchen made our stay a breeze. I highly suggest anyone looking for a great convenient spot to stay in Kihei to check this place out.

The owner was amazing to work with Every detail accounted for. The location is simply spot on and the beaches are family oriented as well - we simply cannot have asked for a more perfect spot for our vacation! Les! Mahalo - your Hawaiian home is fabulous.

Thank you! We had a wonderful stay. Condo was great. Well maintained and had everything we could need. We actually slept on the Murphy bed with the windows open listening to the waves at night.
