In the heartbeat of the business district downtown Honolulu with literally everything at your feet . With dozens of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Shopping areas include Aloha Tower, Ross, Longs, 24 hour fitness, Walgreen's, Walmart, Queens Medical Center and Hawaii Pacific University. 1.8 miles to the world famous Waikiki beach, if you do not like to drive, the bus stop is outside of the building just up the escalator or you can rent a Biki bicycle or take a $8.00 Uber/ lyft ride to Waikiki and Ala Moana mall the largest outdoor mall in the world.
Please ask if dates are available before booking .. as its rented on multiple sites and I have instant booking and don't want you to double book .

The property looked immaculate in the photos
When we arrived there was no access to the bathroom from the second bedroom and the staircase was not suitable for people over a certain age . My brother inlaw is 6ft tall and had to crawl to the bottom of the bed as the ceiling is so low his wife my sister had to sleep in the living room as she could not use the stairs.
To access the bathroom they had to use our bedroom to change.
When we arrived there were no cups,knives,spoons or glasses or ironing board.
The tumble dryer was not working as was the ice maker the tv in the bedroom , the washing machine was very noisy
The downstairs toilet was a disgrace, i have taken numerous photos of the apartment which i can forward to you via email
Most of the cupboards were full of junk and his personal items which you can see in the photos .
This is not a 2 bedroom loft apartment as advertised because of the access problems
Look forward to hearing from you, our holiday was completely ruined

We had a great stay at this condo. It’s in the heart of the business district of downtown Honolulu and was logistically perfect for our itinerary. It’s a penthouse suite and had beautiful views of downtown life and the mountains. We enjoyed relaxing on the lanai and listening to the hum of the city. The building is a combination of condos, business suites, and eating places.
Communication with the owner was easy. He is in the process of renovating the unit and adding modern decor. There is a Starbucks at the street level of the building, in addition to a great restaurant in the lobby. It was nice to see 24 hour security in the building.
Everything in downtown is within walking distance, including Aloha Tower, Chinatown, and Iolani Palace. This is a great place for business travelers and adult visitors!

We were excited by the pictures and thought the location would be nice. We were very wrong. The apartment was in a questionable location surrounded by two businesses. Upon entry the apartment we were met with a mess of issues. First the bedrooms of the loft upstairs are not connected, so using the bathroom meant someone had to go down steep stairs, that was concerning. The a/c and fan were not on and confusing to figure out. And finally it was dirty!!! We found a left over towel from a previous guest drappped over a banister, a chair in the bedroom was covered I sand and the floor was covered with an oily film that soaked into our socks and feet. So that was the first 15 minutes and last 15 minutes of our stay in this place. I emailed the owner my complaints and requested a refund and was met with a simple response that I was crazy it was immaculately cleaned and then I heard nothing else. Good luck if you give this place a try, we wouldn’t sugggest it though.
