Only one suggestion: If the owners of the upper units would please include a message to potential renters that all heavy footsteps, movement of furniture & loud, late night talking can be heard by the renters below it would be appreciated! Don’t know why furniture had to be moved at 10:30-11:00 every night but it was annoying.

The condo was exactly as pictured which we greatly appreciated. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect for our stay. The pool was wonderful after a long day of exploring and the complex was very quiet. The host was very helpful when I reached out with questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed a week in February 2024. The condo was great. Very spacious, backing onto golf course. A bit dated but the price is totally worth it! Everything you need is there. Beaches are a short drive away.

The location was exactly as described and depicted in the listing. Cleaning was very impeccable. The location and complex and amenities were wonderful. The unit itself is dated as seen in the photos. Cleaning was great. However every morning there were cockroaches in the dishwasher. And there were only fans provided for cooling the condo

Very nice place. Front door was a bit of a problem- should be looked at and fixed. Toilets could also be improved as it took 2-3 flushes to empty. Other than that it’s a very nice and well kept place . This was my second time there and would do it again

This property had everything…. Spices, full kitchen, beautiful grounds, everything we needed for beach days!! Such an amazing surprise!! The listing had everything mentioned and more!! Made for such an AMAZING vacation!!! Highly recommend!!❤️❤️

This was a great place for our trip to The Big Island. The owner was so helpful and even delayed her arrival by 1 day to accommodate our needs. The house is stocked with everything you need. There is no air conditioning but lots of fans and breeze. Would definitely stay again.

This unit is an exceptional value. Total cost was just over $180 per night. The unit contained all the essentials in the kitchen and beach gear. It is nicely furnished and comfortable. It has a limited ocean view, which means you can see the ocean (5 miles away) from one area of the back porch. We drive to the beaches anyway so this is fine for us. Nice place. Nice price.
