The place was very vlean and very well stocked. Bed was really comfortable. The bedroom has a floor fan and a ceiling fan and with the a/c in the living room going kept the bedroom cool as well.
The view from the unit was great. The ocean is just a few steps away. We saw whales and turtles everyday. You can go snorkeling right in front of unit too and there were interesting fish people saw.
We do recommend this property. Even though the unit is a older building and a short drive to Lahaina was nothing compared to the view we had.

Was kept up very nicely in the condo and outside the condo. Everything was very clean. My granddaughters really enjoyed the swimming pool. I would definitely rent the condo that I stayed in, I really liked everything about it. Until next time, ALOHA

Over all it was great. Couple things could of been a little better. Like changing the window A/C unit out to quiet more advanced wall unit. Couldn’t shut the bedroom door at night. Because it would get to hot. The A/C unit was in the living room. Right next to the TV . But we would stay there again. Communication was great with property management.

Property is clean, offers beach supplies, has a glorious little deck to watch whales, whales and more whales. It is quiet and perfect for an adult couple. Within walking distance to Kanapali boardwalk and shops and restaurants. We had a lovely stay.

My intention in this review is not to bash this property. However, there are several pieces of information about the property, that had I known them beforehand, I NEVER would have booked this rental.
Starting with the exterior of the building, it is extremely run down and dirty. The parking spots are very cramped. Not at all a welcoming view when you first arrive.
The pool was unusable. In addition to being small and badly located adjacent to the parking lot (i.e., no view, no privacy), there were multiple large patches of tiles missing from the floor of the pool such that it was not safe to use.
The condo itself is nicely appointed, but the age shows through. We were aware that there was only one window A/C unit located in the living room. What we were not aware of was that it is extremely old, loud, and wired to a timer such that you had to reset it every 4 hours. This made for uncomfortable sleeping conditions for us. I realize this is a matter of preference and some people may have no issue with this setup, but had we read a review with this information, we would have chosen a different spot.
Perhaps the biggest issue inside the rental was ants. We have stayed in Maui many times and know we can expect a few ants in the places we stay. Here, we had an infestation. We could not bring any food into the condo - even sealed - without attracting a constant stream of ants that we had to kill with Raid.
Otherwise the condo itself is nicely appointed, with comfortable furniture, but very small. We felt cramped with two adults.
There is no beach. There are stairs down to the water, but even the adjacent property where you can get into the water from has the tiniest sliver of sand - not enough space to set up chairs or towels. The loungers on the back lawn look nice in the pictures, but waves were crashing up over them every day we were there, so no one could actually sit there and enjoy the view.
This experience was so disappointing to us that we actually bailed out after 3 nights and paid for a different rental for the last 4 nights of our stay. We made repeated phone calls to the management company, who basically ignored us and have not returned our calls or messages.
My hope is that this review, which includes honest feedback, helps other travelers make a decision that works for them. This space definitely did not work for us.

What a great location. We spent parts of every day on the lani watching whales and all of their activity!
The condo is wonderfully decorated (love the Tommy Bahama furnishings) and has plenty of storage for clothes. Was really nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit.
Perfect location situated in between Lahaina and Kapalua.
We would definitely come back
