The 3 bed room apartment has over 1000 square feet of living space and two ocean fronting verandahs or lanai's as they are called here.
We remodeled the kitchen with beautiful cabinets, all new kitchen appliances, full sized refrigerator, and granite counter tops. The living room consists of a comfortable leather sofa and glasstop coffee table with contemporary decor and tastefully decorated.
Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the surfer action on one of Waikiki’s most popular surfing spots, right from the comfort of your lanai! Also don’t miss the spectacular sun sets and the fireworks every friday night. The lanai also looks directly down on the property's swimming pool!
The building is located on the quite side of waikiki. It is also central to nearly everything. The building itself is quiet, about half residential and very safe with friendly 24 hour security personnel. Walking distance to the famous International Market Place, Kapiolani Park and the world class shopping and dining of Kalakaua Avenue.
The beach is just down the street minutes by foot. The public bus as well as the waikiki trolley stops in front of the building next door.
This three bedroom apartment features a Furo soaking tub in the bathroom. The best way to relax after a long day of sightseeing is soaking up to your neck in hot water. There is an adjacent shower area. The toilet is in its own separate room with a pedestal sink. There is a vanity counter and sink also in the shower/tub area.
The apartment’s three bedrooms are all tastefully decorated . One of the bedrooms has a King size bed. Another has a queen size bed . The last one can be opened up to the living area with a shoji screen. It has a tropical decor, two twin beds and a wonderful ocean view verandah. there are 1 full size air bed for additional sleep.
There is a washer and dryer in the apartment for your convenience.

The condominium is Located two very short blocks from Hyatt Regency Hotel on the beach. Directly in front of the Duke Kahanamoku statue on famous Waikiki beach.
The rooms come with high speed Internet, local phone, free for use beach gear, they are set up for a great beach vacation.

Had an amazing 2 months here. The property owner, property manager, and technicians were so nice, responsive, and helpful. Everything was smooth from checkin to checkout. Loved the view and location. Nice apartment with 3 bedrooms with all the amenities we needed. Thanks for everything! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. Great location and large enough for my young to teenager aged group of kids. We fit perfectly, great communication between us, owner and property manager! We loved the parking we had in the complex and also the pool was perfect when you’ve had too many days at the beach, it was nice and the kids loved it to relax at the pool. Great walking distance to the beach too just two blocks away and not far from international market place where there was food and shops. Overall we loved❤️staying here, two 👍👍 up!

Our mixed family group of Aussies and Kiwis stayed here and everyone was very happy with the accomodation. Everything was provided including some very useful beach gear. The views are great and we loved sitting out in our lanai watching the surfers. It's also very handy to the beach, the bus, the shops, and restaurants. Hopefully we will come back to Hawaii and this is definitely where we will be staying. Thanks Gary.

This condo was a good size with enough rooms for my family of adult children (me plus 3). That and the location were the best things about this condo. None of us are beach goers so we didn't use all of the beach gear but the condo seemed well equipped in that regard. I don't know Hawaii real estate but we found this condo a bit depressing compared to all of the VRBO houses and condos that we've rented in other locations. Highlights were the view from the lanai, easy walking distance to restaurants/shops/beach and the new kitchen counter and appliances. Things I would fix if it were my place: more effective air conditioning (or at least more than 1 little fan), better lighting in shower/bath area, shower door that completely closed, more than 1 bar of soap for a condo with 3 sinks, better pots and pans (the one I used had a broken handle), new curtains. With relatively little money spent this place could be nicer. I have no Hawaii frame of reference so readers keep that in mind.

We were a group of 5 and we found the apartment met all our needs and we were more than happy with everything and will definitely be returning. We will highly recommend the apartment to our Australian friends and colleagues.
The pool area was perfect for relaxing with plenty of lounges chairs (no hassling for a lounge chair like the big resorts). Also the bus stop was straight out the front - bus #8 straight to the Ala Moana Centre. It was only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Waikiki.
