Enjoy the peace and quiet of this location up on the knoll (no street noise or view of Kihei Rd.). Close to two swimming pools - one with a tropical waterfall, tennis courts.
Home Amenities: ground floor, extra wide unit ,newest building and designed with wide hallways, and huge kitchen . Large master bedroom suite with private tropical lani, two double closets, huge red bathroom with 2 basins and large counters. Bright and cheerful smaller den guest room with queen bed and adjacent bath with walk in shower with shower heads for adults and children. Separate state of the art quiet air-conditioners for each bedroom and living room. We have all of the beach equipment and beach toys ,even life jackets for little ones and cooler.

Dorothy’s property is in Maui Kamaole and it is a hidden gem of a resort. Even though the condo is not ocean front, the resort boasts amazing gardens, two beautiful pools and birds galore. Around the grounds there are many bbq’s and walking paths along with tennis courts. Located across the tree from the Kihei boat launch where we would go and watch the turtles in the bay before sunset. The condo is well equipped with beach chairs, cooler and beach towels along with some things for children to use but we were all adults staying so can’t comment on everything there. The units has AC in all rooms which we only turned on when we were home in the evening but it worked really well. The unit is on the main floor and had a patio with a beautiful garden. We had chickens, doves and grouse come up to our patio regularly which we loved. Our favourite pool which was just around the corner from us, was surrounded by plants and boasted a waterfall with a sit up ledge on one of the sides. It was never really busy and could always find a seat to be around the pool. We had an amazing two weeks staying here and I would stay there again. Thank you and much Aloha!

The location and the property were great, the pool area was sort of restrictive and pool is only 4' at the deepest. Overall the trip was great.

The property's location and amenities were fantastic, particularly the pool. However, there were several issues with the interior that detracted from the overall experience. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable, the TVs outdated with limited channel options, and the guestbook was poorly maintained. Additionally, the kitchen utensils and cookware were mismatched and in poor condition. Despite these shortcomings, the beauty of Maui still made for an enjoyable stay. Addressing these issues could greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests.

We will definitely stay there again. Needs a bit better cleaning (ceiling fans and doors) but other than that it was great!!

We spent a lot of time out on the lanai as it was peaceful and private with a beautiful garden and Frankolin birds came to visit us often - don’t worry we did not feed them ! The waterfall pool was equally serene. The condo was well stocked with everything we could want and need for our days at the beach. It was also great having the wash/dryer in the condo. Only improvement could be some serving platters and a few more coffee cups and glasses. We would recommend staying here

We spent a lot of time out on the lanai as it was peaceful and private with a beautiful garden and Frankolin birds came to visit us often - don’t worry we did not feed them ! The waterfall pool was equally serene. The condo was well stocked with everything we could want and need for our days at the beach. It was also great having the wash/dryer in the condo. Only improvement could be some serving platters and a few more coffee cups and glasses. We would recommend staying here

Excellent location in Kihei! Property is exactly as described, well appointed with all the amenities feels like we were staying in our own home. Very safe and secure location - the property staff make their rounds in a low profile way that is reassuring. Chatted with the staff a few times, very aloha. A few comments seemed disappointed about the size of the second bedroom but we found it to be adequate and the closet and the there is a small dresser in the room and another one just outside the room. Plenty of storage for a vacation rental. Both bathrooms are spacious , actually the entire condo is spacious. The host Dorothy is amazing, very kind and responsive to my dumb and obvious questions! The complex ground are well maintained and the waterfall pool is comfortable and relaxing, they even have wifi available at the pool. Everything we need in a Maui vacation rental this place has. True we did hear people in the unit above walking around a bit but it's really minimal and I only mention this because of previous posts and was not an issue. The unit has 3 air conditioners, one in each room and one in the main living room, but we actually only turned them on once ( in August!) just to cool down for a minute. We were comfortable enough to leave the double door wall open all the time and with the windows open, ceiling fans and the box fan we were comfortable and a/c wasn't needed. If you are looking for a comfortable and spacious place close to the beach the condo is perfect!
