This was the perfect property to stay on our vacation to Maui! The condo was very clean and we enjoyed using the beach chairs and cooler on our daily beach outings. This was our first time to Maui and after traveling throughout the island we are so glad we chose the south side to stay on. The resort was beautiful and we enjoyed lounging by the pool in the evenings after being at the beach during the day. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay with all the amenities we needed. The condo was stocked very well!

We were a block from public beach (showers, bathrooms, lifeguard). Block from main beach road drag. Tons of places to eat and pick up things.
Condo was on 2nd floor. Elevator access...close parking. Condo has beach towels, plenty of bedding, beach chairs 4+, snorkling and mask, 3 ft long wave board, beach umbrella, books games, barb ques, pool with hot tub, 2 kiddie pools, ping pong, exercise room. Security Guard walks property.
Bring reusable shopping bags (10 cents for paper sacks). Vaccum...washer dryer...air conditioner... bring your own coffee in sack (poke a pin hole in it)..bring your own shampoo ($14. for cheap bottle). $12 dozen eggs...use Kihea car rental.

Fantastic place to stay. My wife and I came to Maui as a stop on our Hawaiian vacation and this was perfect. Close to the beach, property pool was great. Check in process was very simple and having on site parking included was an asset as we could go explore as we saw fit. Would absolutely book here again. Comfortable bed, tons of space. I appreciated the additional items such as the beach chairs, beach umbrella, drying rack. With this as the mid way point for our trip, having a washer and dryer in the suite was great too. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

We spent a week at Kamaole Sands resort and had a wonderful time. The grounds and gardens are beautiful, the pools and gym are great, and the buildings are well-maintained. The Kamaole Beach III is great for sunbathing, snorkelling, and boogie-boarding and is right across the street from the resort.
Kamaoli Sands is at the south end of Kihei and so is near the shops of Kihei town and also Wailea.
I recommend this apartment and facility.

The place was exactly how it was listed. Simply decorated. Place was clean. Dishware, glasses and utensils were of high quality. Generous amount of soap for dishwasher and washer. For the price was well worth it and would stay again. Owners were very responsive to my questions.

For me personally, the complex was gigantic and offered more amenities than we used. It wasn’t super full, but felt busy- just in general that area in Kihei was crowded.
Again, nothing bad about the condo at all, just my own personal taste . And PS the condo overlooked a road, so not super quiet.

Unit was as advertised, air conditioner kept the unit very comfortable, bed was excellent, liked the cotton sheets. Kitchen was well equipped.
Gym was very adequate, ice machine at the pool area kept our drinks nice and cold, adult only hot tub was a plus.
We would recommend this to anyone who asks.
