Wonderful tropical breezes flow through this large one bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor end unit. Bright and spacious, all new furniture, and a location that cant be beat, as you dont see any cars/traffic from the apartment. We are on the quiet side of Grand Champions.
Grand Champions is located in the heart of Wailea. This allows you to enjoy so many things without needing to use your car. You can walk to The Shops at Wailea, Maui's premier shopping and dining destination, home to distinct boutiques, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, galleries, and a grocery store. The beach path that is oceanfront throughout Wailea and the world-class beaches and hotels is very popular and a great place to get some exercise. Over the years numerous smaller hotels have been built close to the Grand Champions and now there are three places with new restaurants, bars, unique clothing stores, etc, all within close walking distance from the condo. Grand Champions is located on one of the Wailea Golf courses and adjacent to the Wailea Tennis Club, which abuts one side of our complex (but NOT on the same side that your condo is on so you will not have to endure the whap, whap, of tennis balls!)
Location of Apartment in Grand Champions: This is an end unit in a low density complex, with plantings on 3 sides of the apartment. I really like how this provides a sense of being “out of the way/private”—you will not feel that there are crowds of people around you.
Accessibility to Apartment: Ground floor with the front door very close to the parking stall. This makes coming and going so easy, whether bringing in groceries/luggage or just coming and going daily (carrying beach chairs, ice chests, golf clubs etc).
Ventilation in Apartment: There are windows in every room of the condo, including both bathrooms, allowing for wonderful air circulation and minimizing the need for air conditioning, although it is available if desired.
Now, picture yourself sitting on the living room sofa or private lanai, overlooking the emerald green expanse of the beautiful Wailea Blue Golf Course, and looking beyond to the sunset, West Maui mountains and a bit of the ocean. Even though you are in the center of Wailea, you will neither hear nor see traffic. Because your view is not directly west, you won't have the sunset glaring directly in your eyes—in the living room/dining room, kitchen, or lanai. You are close to the Quiet (Adult) Pool but not close enough to hear while on your lanai; it is peaceful and quiet.

Can’t beat the location and price if you’re wanting to stay in the Wailea area! Easy walk to coffee shops, shopping and the nearby resorts.

We had another great stay at this superb place, the best we ever had on Maui. Airy, cool, tastefully furnished and adjacent to the greenery of the golf course, the Wailea shops and some of the best snorkeling and beach places. You will love it.

The place is exactly as the owner described. It was so clean, everything worked well, he left brand new mini toiletries, and it was a great location! Resorts and beaches are about a ten minute walk. We loved that they had a travel guide book of Maui. That was helpful. The saving grace - we locked ourselves out one night and the property manager got back to me right away. He showed up about 40 minutes later and left a key for us in the lockbox while we were at dinner. I highly recommend this condo.

We enjoyed our stay here because the unit was clean, quiet, and equipped perfectly for 2 people with a comfortable king bed and 2 full bathrooms. Everything you need for the beach is there in the condo and there is a working washer and dryer. Bring your own detergent! And toilet paper (only one roll was there for us 🤔😩)
Negatives: It’s nothing fancy and could use a facelift.
The location was good, parking easy, and unit was quiet and very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be near Kihei or Wailea.

Nice golf, swimming, and sunset ocean views from the lanai. The birds were fantastic! Easy access to public beaches. Condo well stocked for cooking and had beach chairs and an umbrella.

What can we say. We were “budget” shopping when we landed on this place, not really having any idea how EPIC it truly was…the unit, the view, parking, pool, golf, ultra close beach options for all the things, i.e. sunning, snorkeling, surfing, SUP’ing, water front walking or running, and unreal shopping and dining within walking distance. There was even a snorkel bob’s a block away. Best mai-tai on earth. Awesome grocery store ultra close. And the unit was awesome. Just amazing. We honestly wouldn’t change a thing and we’re definitely coming back next year. Thank You again!

Checkin and checkout were extremely easy and convenient. The condo was lovely, comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the lanai and the relaxing adult-only pool. Location was convenient to everything and walkable.

A really spacious and lovely condo with amazing views across the 2nd fairway of the Wailea Blue course. Great central Wailea location within walking distance of the shops at Wailea. Highly recommend if you are looking for a home base to enjoy the Wailea area.

My wife and I stayed her for our vacation/5th year wedding anniversary. The accommodations were great. Everything was clean and well maintained. The bedroom AC unit was a little loud but it maintained comfortable room temperature. For the price and location you can’t go wrong.

Nice clean bottom floor condo. Manafer was always quick to return my calls. Overall good stay but the condo is a bit dated and the couches are just terrible. I know you only spend a short time inside but a nice place to sit would be good.

A short walk to catch the waves or watch the sunset, or go shopping. This condo had everything we needed when the day grew too hot we stayed inside and watched a bit of Netflix and cooked a homemade meal. It was everything we could’ve wanted for our trip.
