We have rented this condo for several times since 2019. It has everything you need..but the location is excellent! 30 second walk to the water...great snorkel beach nearby..walking..Napua restaurant walking distance...just perfect! Tim the manager always helpful and communicative! We have already booked again. Lots of towels..sheets...kitchen utensils..spot on view of ocean.

We loved this condo! The arrival and check-in process was seamless. There is a dedicated covered parking space. The condo is spacious and stocked with everything we needed, including boogie boards and snorkeling equipment for beach fun! We had access to everything at the Hotel and the Mauni Lani beach club. Fantastic location and views! Our favorite place to relax after the day’s activities were the 2 plush loungers out on the lanai. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is outstanding. My family of 4 enjoyed a fantastic stay at this very comfortable, well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1st-floor, beachfront property. Its location is close to a beautiful private pool and semi-private beach club. The property was equipped with everything we needed, including a modern kitchen, new laundry machines, and lots of beach supplies. The property is private, spacious, quiet, and well-maintained. Dining and grocery shopping were very close. The manager/host, Tim, was outstanding. He was readily available and friendly and responded very quickly to any questions. I look forward to future visits. Thank you.

Everything was great! We loved being on the ground floor. Warm, uncrowded pool. Easy short walk to included beach club. Lots of wildlife to watch. Sunsets were spectacular! Would stay here again without hesitation.
Highlight of our trip was night snorkeling with manta ray at Mauna Kea, just a short drive away!

The property is stunning but people who live/own property there were rude, inconsiderate and judgmental. They donʻt seem to like children or the guests of those who rent a condo on their property. You pay a premium to rent there but itʻs not worth the constant stress of having to watch every step while on vacation.
