The Kona Islander Inn, where you will be staying, operates in a "hotel style" manner. As you enter the lobby, you will see a long reception desk on the left hand side of the common area for registration upon arrival. Provided it is not after hours, a receptionist should be there to provide you with a card key to access your condo as well as a parking pass for the duration of your stay. This same card key also provides access to the pool, hot tub, BBQ grills and to the on-site laundry facilities.

* If you are checking in after hours or if the receptionist is not at the front desk for any reason, simply pick up the black phone on the left side of the desk, and it will connect you with one of the Kona Inn on-site personnel to help with your registration. However, if you’re checking in after Midnight, please let me know as there will be no receptionist on duty.
